Twitter cards - one account, various domains?
-
Hi guys,
I have a number of events run by the same company, all with their own websites. For a number of reasons, these individual events don't have their own social channels. Instead, the company's main social channels are used to promote the events wherever possible.
I want to implement twitter card markup into each of the sites and associate the markup with the company's main twitter account. Does anyone know whether it's possible to get twitter cards approved for one account across multiple domains?
I'd hate to apply for one site using the account, only to find out I can't apply for others! So before I venture into the unknown, was hoping someone could shed some light on this.
Cheers

I never come across a case like this on the internet so the ideal idea will be to contact the developers team but I don’t think there should be a problem and logically it make sense to me!

OK thanks mate, I will definitely ask on the twitter forums.
Thank you

I just searched everywhere and seems that there shouldn't be any problem, however, I suggest you ask here: https://dev.twitter.com/discussions/twitter-cards as I couldn't find the exact question you are asking.
Saw a thread that a user was asking about his two domains being approved but didn't say if they were for the same account. Checking some of the tweets I saw the usual "See on [domain]" saying "See on Website"...

Twitter Account Locked Issue
Hi, Has anyone experienced issues unlocking Twitter accounts that has a mobile phone connected with it that is no longer valid? I have situation where an account is locked and in order to unlock this a code must be sent to the mobile number that was originally used to set this account up but the number in question is now obsolete and not in use. I've made numerous attempts to contact Twitter's customer service but they are almost non-existent and not unresponsive. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can resolve this or know a direct contact email or number for Twitter? Kind Regards

Add Tracking Parameters to Website Links on Facebook/Twitter
does anyone know of a way to add tracking parameters to facebook/twitter website links in the about us section so that we can understand what traffic is specifically coming from that page? I already add tracking to posts, but I am more trying to track each standard link on these social channels. I am currently running into character limits or the result looks like a long url that will most certainly deter clicks because it looks suspicious.

Twitter interactions
We would love for some feedback as we're facing an internal dilemma on how to utilize twitter for our business. We are launcing a new travel site that will connect travellers based on their activities and also serve as a booking platform. One part of our marketing team suggests we make two seperate twitter accounts; one 'formal' that follows a structured guideline in posting relevant material and one for the Social Media manager to reply to people as site official. The other part suggests we reply and interact using the 'formal' account; no second twitter account needed for interacting. What would you suggest?

Twitter and Link Juice
Sorry if I am late to the party with this, but I thought Twitter stopped giving sites link juice? I have been running some sites through Open Site Explorer and there main links are coming from Twitter. I have other sites who are on Twitter and nothing comes up. Why is that? Thanks!

Tool that recognizes twitter spam accounts
I seem to remember seeing an online app mentioned here that allows you to enter a twitter username, and it reports back metrics on the likelihood of each follower being a real person or not. Does anyone have the link, or did I imagine it?
