OSE Export very slow

Anyone else having issues with Open Site Explorer? Been trying to export a backlink report for a website for the past 2 hours (the grey bar has been going that long). The site only has 1937 backlinks!!

Woops! Keri's right - I read that response "Thanks for the reply, customer services." and thought that you meant you received an answer via email. I made an assumption there. Sorry!
Anyways, can you please send us an email by going here and following the instructions under the search bars? http://moz.com/help/contact. It sounds like there's enough issues here that we should look into each one one-by-one. Again, I'm sorry for misreading your post earlier.

Aaron really didn't mean it that way. Our help desk has had higher number of tickets lately, and he skimmed, saw the thanks, and thought everything was OK. I'll have him come back and make sure this gets the proper attention. My sincere apologies for the mixup.

Finally finished and returned an empty report!! Does anything around here work!! If it's not OSE breaking, it's moz analytics not working with G+, keep forgetting Twitter info, cookie problems with chrome etc

Top Pages in OSE
Hey, I'm using OSE to determine top pages for some domains. This works great for some sites, but I'm finding with a few sites only the home page comes up in the 'top pages' list - is this because the home page is the only one with a PA above one? Cheers

Moz cannot crawl domain. Also OSE does not work properly on this specific domain?

Quality/Established blog showing DA1 PA1 on OSE
Hello there, We have come across what looks like a high quality blog in our niche (interior design). The blog has been established for a while and is well designed. The content is of a good quality The blog URL: http://www.apartmentnumber4.com The blog has a good following across its social media accounts. However, Open Site Explorer is showing DA1 and PA1 Does anyone know why that is?

Unable to download OSE advanced report
I started downloading an OSE advanced report yesterday. It has been over 20 hours and the message below is shown on my report list page. Processing Getting data from the LSAPI. 27,450 out of 100k results found It takes a very long time than usual so I would like to know if there is currently any technical issue on Moz part, or that I should change any setting and try downloading it from the start. Thank you very much.

Sidebar on OSE causing problems
