OSE Export very slow

Anyone else having issues with Open Site Explorer? Been trying to export a backlink report for a website for the past 2 hours (the grey bar has been going that long). The site only has 1937 backlinks!!

Woops! Keri's right - I read that response "Thanks for the reply, customer services." and thought that you meant you received an answer via email. I made an assumption there. Sorry!
Anyways, can you please send us an email by going here and following the instructions under the search bars? http://moz.com/help/contact. It sounds like there's enough issues here that we should look into each one one-by-one. Again, I'm sorry for misreading your post earlier.

Aaron really didn't mean it that way. Our help desk has had higher number of tickets lately, and he skimmed, saw the thanks, and thought everything was OK. I'll have him come back and make sure this gets the proper attention. My sincere apologies for the mixup.

Finally finished and returned an empty report!! Does anything around here work!! If it's not OSE breaking, it's moz analytics not working with G+, keep forgetting Twitter info, cookie problems with chrome etc

Why does OSE show different link equity for homepage with and without trailing slash?
Hi all, I am working with a developer who believes OSE (Open Site Explorer) is flawed. His reasoning is that OSE shows completely different link equity and domain authority for these two URLs [company name is purposely withheld]: http://www.mydomain.com/us/ and http://www.mydomain.com/us NOTE: http://www.mydomain.com/us has been properly 301-redirecting to http://www.mydomain.com/us/ for years. The developer's argument is that the URL that is being 301-redirected shouldn't have any link equity at all, therefore OSE is flawed. Here is the response I would like to give him. Please feel free to poke holes, provide feedback or flat out correct me if I am wrong: Dear inquisitive developer, Any URL that is being linked to by another site that has link equity will get link equity passed to it. This is true even if the URL is a page that doesn't exist. What it can't do (if it doesn't exist) is then pass that link equity on to another page. Moz's OSE is showing separate link equity for the two versions of this URL because other sites have linked to both versions. The fact that one 301-redirects to the other is good and ensures that link equity from one is passing to the preferred URL. The 301-redirect does not, however, remove link equity from the first URL, but rather passes the existing link equity from one to the other. Consequently, Moz's OSE is not flawed, but rather is displaying the link equity of one URL that is benefiting the other via a 301-redirect. Sincerely, Dana

OSE Advanced Reports - behaving inconsistently
Yesterday, there was an error message on the Advanced Reports tab in OSE: "Oops! It looks like our system is temporarily down. Please check back soon." That cleared up after a couple of hours. After that, I ran an Advanced Report that I run on occasion, and it only returned 3500 links, whereas it normally returns around 23K. Since then, I've run the same report 9 times in total over the course of about 1 day, and each time the number of links keeps increasing. 3500, 10150, 21550, 25400, 28650, 35450, 37400, 38200, 50375. I'm wondering what is happening? I want to do some evaluating of my backlinks, however I'd prefer to work on a "complete" list of links and the number of links keeps going up, when generating reports using the same criteria. When can I expect Advanced Reports to be "stable" where it's producing roughly the same number of links? Also, I opened up a support ticket on this with Moz.com over 24 hours ago, and haven't received any response. I've updated the ticket 2 times now, but no response. Disappointing they are not responding to support tickets. Thanks.

Inbound links export report link redirect to OSE
Hi there, I have received email notification that my new inbound links CSV report is ready to export and download. I follow the OSE link but I am redirected straight back to the main page of OSE not the download. Is there a problem? Are the access problems due to the Moz.com and Research Tools Outage. reported on Moz Health? David

OSE Says I have 3,115 total links but I can only export 660 via advanced reports
