How can i set up multiple proxy server for Advanced Web Ranking? I managed to block everyone from Google the last time I used this

Hi Luke,

First of all, you need to get some proxy servers. I recommend Trusted Proxies. They are very reliable and have a decent price.

Then launch AWR and go to [Settings] -> [Performance] -> [Proxy Settings] and use the Add button to add the proxies.

Make sure you uncheck the Direct Connection so that your colleagues can still use Google while you play with AWR and the proxy servers.

Help With Understanding Chrome Web Store Analytics

Hi all, our website Creately is listed in the Chrome Web Store. Its not an extension or an app, but just a link to app which users can use to quickly log into the app and start drawing their diagrams. They do provide you a way to add Google Analytics to track some visitor data like user visits. But we want to figure out from which sections of Chrome Web Store is sending us traffic. When looking at the Source/Medium reports I can see the following. chrome-ntp-icon / (not set) chrome-app-launcher / (not set) chrome-ntp-launcher / (not set) chrome-app-launcher-search / (not set) chrome-app-launcher-info-dialog / (not set) I'm guessing these indicate where we're getting the traffic to the Chrome web store page but I can't seem to find any information about what they mean. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Greetings all! Does anyone know if there is a more recent, but comparable, book that covers the topic of analytics like Avinash Kaushik's Web Analytics 2.0: The Art of Online Accountability and Science of Customer Centricity or Brian Clifton's Advanced Web Metrics with Google Analytics, 2nd Edition? These were published in 2009 & 2010. I know the core concepts remain the same, but the technology has improved greatly.

Keyword Rank Dip - Estimated Wait Time to Return to Higher Spot?

The organic traffic to our site (fairly new) took a ~50% hit about a month ago due to the drop in our most important keyword. The numbers have come back up and are now exceeding the number before the dip. While this is all fine and dandy, we're still not ranking in the top 50 for our most valuable keyword. We've put out a number of guest post on reputable outside sites and are building a regular cadence of those posts, but my question is, what is the realistic wait time for those organic rankings to increase again?

Problem: Google web master tools with HTML Improvements

Hello, When using the google webmaster tools, on Optimization --> HTML Improvements, I have some problems in field the Short meta descriptions. This is easy to fix and I fixed some last days, then today I check this again. Google webmaster tool still report these errors. Please let me know how to notify to google, these errors was fixed?

When one of my sites returns a ranking that consistently reads "No Data", what does that say about the site?

I am getting "No Data" reads for some of my sites - I personally think it has to do with the site's construction - especially the landing page... I inherited this site to do SEO - it was not created with on site SEO in mind - please help if you can sites are: www.storagesanangelo.com www.storagemidland.com Should I get webmaster to remove the big map graphic and add text and pics instead... Sure appreciate brilliant thoughts - even about yetis and beer

SEOBook Rank Check Problem

Has anyone who uses SEOBook Rankcheck in Firefox (version 7) had problems with the tool picking up rankings for Bing, but not Google? I've got keywords that I know I rank in the top 10 (and my Raven account confirms it), but when I run a report on Rank Checker, those same words aren't ranking; instead I just get a "-". I've tried restarting my computer and emptying my cookies; but no luck. Any thoughts?

Bing Vs Yahoo Rankings

I was under the impression that Bing powers yahoo search. However, I am recieving a large difference in ranking on some keywords in the two engines. Can anyone ask what or why this is happening? Thanks, Brandon

Why doesnt Seomoz give daily ranking updates

Although a little obsessive I can't be the only one checking rankings on a daily basis. Indeed if such a practice was not widespread then software such as linktracker wouldnt exist. It's a shame that Seomoz has the functionality to check rank, however chooses to only do so once per week. Therefore we pay for tools such as link tracker in addition to Seomoz. Here starts a petition for daily updates!!! 😉
