I am trying to set up a new campaign for a website, but I keep getting this error message... campaign.crawl-seed.bad-response
I have no idea what the problem is. Can you tell me what I am suppose to do to fix this?
The URL I am trying to set up is www.aboutplcs.com

Yes, Abe was right. I assumed that the non www. version was already 301.(I mean come on who doesn't do that) but it wasn't. Lesson learned... Don't make assumptions!

Hi Chad, has this issue been resolved? I'm just checking in to make sure. Thanks!

Hello Chad, I'd love to help! While our campaign creation function used to be a bit more flexible, it appears as if you root domain is inaccesible (aboutplcs.com). That is why this message is coming up, even though you are trying to included only the subdomain. Best SEO practice would be to 301 redirect your root domain to your subdomain and this would also allow you to create a campaign using the www. address. I hope this helps!
If you still see issues after attempting this, please email help@Moz.com so we can investigate this with our engineers.
Have a sensational week!

I’d like to set up a Moz campaign that crawls just the primary website, not subdomains
Is this something you could help with? (it either bombs or crawls everything, so I assume I’m missing something in the campaign settings, or it’s just not possible.

Moz campaign for a subdomain with no home page
Hello all, I'm trying to setup a campaign in Moz for one of our subdomains that we use for marketing landing pages. Unfortunately there really is no home/landing page for the subdomain so when I enter it into the campaign settings it says the site isn't accessible. Is there anyway for me to add this? I tried entering the subdomain with a star, e.g. pages.mydomain.com but it would not accept it. Any ideas? Thanks!

Where to find answers to really dumb questions about setting up Moz campaigns...
I had a Moz account earlier this year, let it drop for a few months, then decided it really was important to have one. So I'm back. But there is still something about it that I really find frustrating. I can't seem to find any answers to what seem to be basic questions. Maybe they are too simple, maybe they are just dumb questions, but I sure would appreciate it if somebody could lead me to another source of information. Maybe somebody has written a "Moz for Dummies" book? Here's an example: I'm setting up campaigns for my websites, and I get to the Brand and Mentions section. It tries to autofill the space using my campaign name, but that's not accurate. So I go look at the Help Hub for Brands and Mentions, and it gives an example using MOZ as the brand name. But not many sites have a three-letter domain name, do they?. One of my domains is EasyDigging.com (2 words) and the other is BestDryingRack.com (3 words). So I look and look, but can't find any examples of longer domain names. So I have no idea how to enter my Brand. Should it be the whole "EasyDigging.com" or should it just be "EasyDIgging" or should it be broke up into "Easy Digging"? This is just 1 example. I find these sort of unanswered questions almost every time I try something new. Is there a collection of examples anywhere? I really hope so. Surely there are others who learn best from examples, who hate having to guess based on slim or vague instructions. Keeping my fingers crossed that somebody can lead me to the goldmine of good examples. Thanks!

Whenever I try to access campaigns in moz pro I get an error page
I recently signed-up for a new pro account. As I was adding my first subdomain everything was fine until I was asked to link to GA, when I clicked yes I got this error message: 403 Forbidden Now every time I click on set-up campaign I get taken to a page with nothing but the 403 Forbidden text.
