New Campaign Set Up Completion/finishing issue !?

Hi
I have just completed setting up a new campaign in Moz Analytics but when i press finish theres a graphic representing somehting updating/loading and then nothing happens like a message saying campaign set up complete and it just stays on same page.
Does that mean its set up or theres a problem ?

Absolutely! Add your subdomain in the field and check the box below to "exclude subdomains".

as an aside note is it possible to set up subdomains etc as were with pro on new MA, i didnt see an option to but may have missed it ?

Hi Dan
As soon as your pass the first step in adding the domain, the campaign will be saved if you somehow lose your connection to our site during setup. When viewing your dashboard you will see your new campaign and will be able to continue your setup.

After going back to your campaign dashboard, does the campaign shows up there?
If not, you can do 2 things:
Set he new campaign up in PRO (in Analytics you can switch to PRO), and then contact contact help@moz.com to look into it.

Campaign Dashboard Error: "Our Connection to Your Google Account Has Been Lost"
I keep getting the following error in my Campaign Dashboard: “Our connection to your Google account was lost. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any data”. Please reauthorize now. I do reauthorize but by the time I log out and log back in, the same message gets displayed. Any ideas? Thanks, Alan

Trial ended, card charged, but campaign data is gone!
I activated a free trial of Moz about a month ago. On the 17th, it tried to charge my credit card and failed. It tried again on the 19th and succeeded. My account is now active and at the subscriber level. However, my campaign data is gone! I re-activated the campaign in Pro as instructed, but the data is from back in March. There should be data from the past month. I tried to re-activate the campaign in the new Analytics, but it won't do anything. I press the Activate button, and nothing happens. I was hoping to use Moz and get some work done today, but now I am unable to. I was under the impression that, once payment went through, I would be able to access all of my current Campaign data. Instead, the data I'm seeing is only available through Pro, not the new Analytics. Also, the data is from back in March, not recent data. How can I regain access to my recent Analytics Crawl and other data?

A problem with the MOZ New response to Question Email
Hi, It seems that the MOZ New response to Question emails are getting my mailbox stuck (using outlook). This does not happen with any other email including your other reports and emails. Maybe its only me but it happens to me on two active questions I have with you (2 different new response emails I got). Thanks

Can I move a campaign across to a different account?
I currently have a campaign running in my account on behalf of one of our clients. They now want to setup their own SEOmoz account and take advantage of all the keywords for themselves. Is there anyway for them to take the campaign history with them? Thanks! TM
