Hi everyone! Looking for a bit of help here. This message keeps popping up when I try to put in my url (www.qltyctrl.com).
I've tried qltyctrl.com, www.qltyctrl.com, and http://www.qltyctrl.com and nothing works. Can someone help me out here?

Thanks for writing in and sorry for the trouble! It seems that some DNS hosts are blocking our servers from reaching some sites, which causes this error to be thrown for those sites. Our engineers are working to get our servers white-listed with these DNS hosts so I am going to send your site information to them so they can investigate if this is the same issue happening with your site. Moz Site Crawl can't index WIX sites
We've been attempting to work on some SEO for a new potential client however they are using a WIX site. We've noticed that Moz SEO tools will not index any WIX sites. e.g. https://www.sharonradisch.com/ (which is one of their case studies). Anyone seen this that can offer any advice? Thanks,

Moz says my pages don't have rel="canonical" but they do
Hi, I've just had my initial report from Moz and it says my pages are missing rel="canonical". I'm using the Yoast SEO plugin on my WordPress site which adds these automatically. I have also checked the source code for my pages and can see rel="canonical". What has gone wrong please?

I set up a custom report to be sent to me daily about a week ago, but I haven't received any of them yet?
How long do they really take? I think I opted in to receive emails from MOZ but I didn't see that as an option on the email form. I need to be able to rely on the assumption that if I set up a custom email to send that it will in fact send.

I don't believe moz is seeing everything that is on my webpage
I used the page key word grader and got an "F" Moz said that my keyword employee handbook was not in my title nor was it found in the body of my page. But when I look at the page and double check everything it is there all over the place. I am not blaming moz this is a wiz site and while I am a beginner and very well could be wrong could anyone just take a look and tell me if I am nuts or what. Hi, our site sells a mixture of clothes, for example jackets, hats, scarfs and gloves. when somebody searches for 'hats in Chicago' our main website would appear. How can we make it so that our webpage with our hats appears? Thanks
