How to improve data analysis that come from the Analytics ?

Hello guys,
im manager the PPC campaign to the company that im working.
Its a t shirt printing company.
I know how PPC and how its work but im not an expert. So far the campaign is working and we getting clicks and and leads.
But, i cant understand perfectly how to look at the information and decide whether the campaign works well. For example :
What is considered a good conversion ratio?
What is considered a good conversion cost?
How do I get a final summary of how much i spent and how much was the income ?I add tracking code to the 2 main pages,
The page when they leave their information - The quote,
and the thank you - The payment page. The problem is, that we don't sale t shirts online, we are printing house so we cant know by the number of the peoples that
land the thank you page the value of the deal, its can be 10 shirts or 1000 shirts. Is there's a way to track all the information's but more accurately?
To know each lead that come to our system from where he came from ?Thank you very much for your help !!

Depending on your site, you will likely need to change the questions that you let the customer answer, and start assigning order IDs to things if you're not already, but this will just set you up to be a more efficient company.
If you aren't sure how to do this, I'm sure there is an ample number of consultants who would be willing to help set up analytics for you for your specific ecommerce needs. I'll definitely be looking into the tool mentioned above, but I think in the long and short term you will need to make ecommerce in GA your friend. Bypassing GA because it's a difficult task to do initially will set you up for several different types of failures later. I would rather see you get on the good side of GA than start using another tool when you're not fully functioning on this one.

Hey,
I saw the tool that you create, nice one !! Well done...
The problem that we have a very large and complicated form with
a lot of potion.
Do i have to create the form with your system ?
Can i add the code to an exists form ?Thank you

Have you tried to implement Ecommerce tracking of Analytics?. You could obtain information about the revenue, quantity, and so on. Of course, that information should be in your order somewhere so that you can take It from there and implement the code.

Hi there,
We had a client with the same issue. They could use Google Analytics to track which traffic sources generated leads, but there was no way to track which lead came from which traffic source.
So we created a tool called Convertable (http://convertable.com) that does just this. It emails you the lead information with full analytics data attached to it. Then you can update the status of the lead in the online dashboard so you can enter in how much revenue, how many shirts, etc. were generated by each individual lead. This will enable you to tie the amount of revenue generated back to the original traffic source in order to determine the true ROI of online marketing campaigns. Convertable is still in free beta mode but we will soon be launching premium plans with more features. Feel free to check it out and let me know if you have any questions or suggestions for how to improve it!

Impressions - AdWords vs Analytics
Given AdWords is a paid service, you'd hope the figures are accurate. For an example (exact match) keyword last month, AdWords says there were 14,253 impressions on Google search (i.e. not search partners or display network). However, going over to Analytics, for the same month it suggests 4,500 impressions for the same keyword. Google AdWords says the following about impressions: "An impression is counted each time your ad is served on Google's ad networks, such as on Google.com or other publisher websites and apps." "...How often your ad is shown. An impression is counted each time your ad is shown on a search result page or other site on the Google Network." Google Analytics explains impressions as: "The number of times any URL from your site appeared in search results viewed by a user, not including paid AdWords search impressions." Can anyone help clarify what is an accurate way of attaining monthly search figures, i.e. what is my overall potential Google customer base? I've also tried the Keyword Planner - which averages monthly searches - and it gives me 18,100 impressions for the same keyword (almost the two above figures added). Thanks! Rob

Google Analytics showing my Adwords campaign bounce rate at 0%
I am relatively new to Adwords, and I can't figure out why the Adwords section of Analytics is showing all my site visitors at 0% bounce rate. Does that mean the account connection is not done right? Obviously Google ads are not a 0% bounce rate. If I can't get that to work, does anyone know how Google ads appear in Traffic? Is it Direct or Referral? I'm sure there's some simple answer I'm just not aware of, I would appreciate anyone's help. Thanks!

Do UTM Parameters reflect in Google Analytics
Hi, We have recently enabled auto tagging in our URLs but not sure if tagging is working correctly. Does Google Analytics shows the utm parameters also in URLs in Google Analytics OR Google shows only the base url (after removing utm parameters) in Analytics. For example: Will http://www.abc.com/?utm_source=Indiaweb&utm_medium=Display&utm_campaign=CPC&utm_content=NRI_newprojects&utm_term=US be shown as is in Google Analytics under PAID Tab or only http://www.abc.com/ will be shown and the utm parameters will be removed in Analytics if auto tagging is enabled. Thanks in Advance 🙂 Regards Anirban

AdWords/Analytics Paid Search conversions not matching up - any idea why?
Hi all, Any ideas as to why AdWords and Analytics are showing different Paid Search conversion numbers for me when I check on a daily basis? Both accounts are linked, they share the same destination URLs to trigger a conversion, some days each reflects the same amount of conversions, then some days it's anything from 1-5 conversions different (Analytics is always the one to show more). Thanks M

Analytics: Goal Tracking
I am trying to track goals in Google Analytics for a website that has the same goal URL for main website and various sub-domains. The main domain for example is: mymaindomain.com and the sub-domain are my1st.subdomain.com, my2nd.subdomain.com, etc. but the Goal URL is same for all the sub-domains and main domain, i.e. mymaindomains.com/pay/thanks.html. I have Google Analytics configured to track domains and all sub-domains and I’ve already setup the goal for each sub-domain and even created the funnel as well for each sub-domain. However, in goal tracking, it always shows “0”. I am also looking forward to get some help to set up an advanced filter so I can see traffic to my sub-domains in Analytics. Thanks!

Your site is in organic results for adwords keyword - improved quality score?
Let's say I am targeting a keyword "Blue Widgets Cityname" with an AdWords campaign. My SEO landing page is coming up in position #6 in the organic results for this keyword. Because I have my website in the organic search results, does my quality score automatically improve? Conversely, my quality score could go up because the organic search results facilitate a higher CTR for both the ads and the organic results. However, I am wondering if there is a quality score algorithmic component that automatically makes my quality score go up simply because the same domain I am targeting is in the organic results.
