When a company lets you go, what is the standard practice for a moz account? Do you simply turn it over and lose all access and moz identity? Or?
-
Since MOZ is a community, it seems odd to simply turn over my moz account now the company has let me go. Do people typically do this and simply start a new account every time they work someplace new? Or what? I wanted to seek out what the community thought about this -- so that I would have a better idea of how to handle this now and for the next time.

I would just pay for it myself instead of losing the whole account. If it's not that important of an account (low points and not much branding for you personally) then I would just create my own one

Is this a violation of Google guidelines and current industry best practices correct? Regarding Iran Facts
I have read Moz for a good deal of time but I have never been gotten involved, until now... While watching a YouTube video in the app on my smartphone an Advertisement came on Still screen shots located on my website www.dleichtweis.com This is a video of the advertisement: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCQFm7PjWb8 I have reason to believing this is a violation of numerous polices, procedures, conditions and or best practices. I value Moz as a communities opinion. Google has been contacted in regards to this https://www.en.adwords-community.com/t5/Ad-Approvals-and-Advertising/I-want-answers-to-issue-Re-3-8187000002180/m-p/278355#M14740 I value your response. I try to keep up to date with everything SEO to ensure my sites rank well.. marblerenovation.com & Trailersafe.co.uk I now have a spanish site that I am having trouble ranking well for clima2000egara.es I have recently found out (by asking our lovely moz community) that googles algorithms are not rolled our world wide. Does anyone know how I can find out at what stage google.es is at? and what the last update was? and whether there is an equilalent community like Moz for Spain? I am fluent spanish so the language won't be a problem.. Thanks in advance for all your help

Is there official Link Balance profile advice (anchor text) from Moz?
Hi, We are adjusting our external Link Balance profile, but we're not 100% sure on what we should be adjusting it to in terms of Anchor text balance (branded, exact match etc) We found this resource:
Industry News | | STL
http://dashburst.com/seo-balanced-link-profile/ And closer to home:
http://moz.com/blog/anchor-text-distribution-avoiding-over-optimization But has Moz done any actual research they can share on what is the best balance to have? Thanks.

Best company to do an analysis of our website
Is there anyone out there you would recommend to do a full analysis of your site? We are looking to see if we can find someone to look at our site. We have already done stuff like SeoMoz, Ahref, and Majestic.

Is it currently possible to have a company logo appear with a Google search result?
Hello, We're experimenting with rich snippets. It seems fairly easy to attain authorship through Google and have a headshot appear in a search result... However, we are wondering if it is possible to have a company logo appear (perhaps through rel="publisher"?). Surprisingly, I can't find much info on this. Thanks!

What is the most current advice on editing your company Wikipedia page?
I've noticed a lot of incorrect and misleading information on our company Wikipedia page. Should we, as a company, be actively monitoring and updating this page when we spot factual errors. I realize wikipedia doesn't want marketeze or heavy PR on company pages, but those are the people that generally pay attention to wikipedia entries. Also, we certainly don't want to get penalized or cause any undue media attention from our edits. If possible can you also offer links to other sources rather than just opinion or personal experience, I'm having to present this to a large corporate board and want to be as detailed as possible. Thank you,

Problem with SOME Indian based SEO companies, HELP!
First of all I want to say that I hire 2 great Indian SEOs at my company and this question is in no way meant to offend, or single anyone out. However It's come to a point where the amount of emails we receive for "Ethical SEO, High PR Guaranteed Link building Services, SEO professionals etc" from Indian based companies is costing us a lot of time on a daily basis to filter out spam from real enquiries. Blocking their emails is not even working as they use gmail accounts and multiple domain emails so we can't keep up with them. I have even spoken to some of the owners of these 'companies' and they admit using different email accounts so as not to be blacklisted. They also seem to believe that the opt-out option (which is legally required when sending out promotional emails) is itself optional!!!!! Now when I asked how exactly they were getting my email they said that they get info from the, and I quote "first page of Google"!!!!! So my question is the following; is there anyway I can block my site from showing up in a particular country altogether? Again this is in no way attacking ALL Indian based SEO companies, my beef is with the 74 (we counted) different 'companies' that are flooding our email with offers P.S. Is anyone else having these issues?

What are some good organizations an SEO company can join that are strong trust signals?
We are working on a website redesign, and want to prominently include some trust signals that help people feel comfortable with us. We're including logos of a few places we've guest posted, and also the BBB and local chamber of commerce. Do you have any other ideas on logos we can include that are good trust signals? Any associations or organizations we could join? We are a trustworthy company, we just want a way to communicate that visually, and it seems organization seals and logos are the way to go. Thanks!
