No data of activity on my site is being reported. How can I determine the cause and correct? Is there a debuging proceedure I could refer to for instruction?

I looked briefly at your campaigns, and it looks like the reason you aren't seeing data is because you still haven't added certain things to track. For example, it looks like you haven't added any keywords to one of your campaigns. I also noticed that you haven't connected any of your social accounts to your campaigns. "Gathering data" How long does it take?
Hi, I've only signed up recently and set up my first campaign this morning. I get this message which I presume is pretty standard _We are gathering data for your campaign. It may take a minute or two for us to bring back some initial data. In the meantime feel free to grab some coffee, we should be ready when you get back. _ Except, that was over an hour ago, and I've had several cups of coffee. I have a quick question. Does Moz have a tool I can use to see how much traffic my site gets a month versus some competition? I know Alexa has this but you have to create an account. I am just wondering if Moz has one and I am missing it.
