"Gathering data" How long does it take?
-
Hi, I've only signed up recently and set up my first campaign this morning. I get this message which I presume is pretty standard
_We are gathering data for your campaign. It may take a minute or two for us to bring back some initial data. In the meantime feel free to grab some coffee, we should be ready when you get back. _
Except, that was over an hour ago, and I've had several cups of coffee.
Has something gone horribly wrong or does it normally take this long?
-
Hi there
Sometimes data collecting can take upto 24 hours. Don't worry. This is normal. Crawlers take a little bit of time.
If you don't see your data after 24 hours or so, take a look at the Moz Help guide, or reach out here.
Hope this helps! Good luck!

Can I access old data/keyword research if I cancel my Moz Pro account?
I'm currently on the free month trial period for Moz Pro and I will probably cancel the account before the free period ends, but if I want to renew my subscription later, what happens to all the previous data? And does all the keyword research I've done disappear when I cancel it, or is it restored when I renew the subscription? Any insight is helpful! Thank you!

When does Moz update campaign data with new timeframe ?
Hi, I joined Moz community on last week and discovered an amazing tool. I set up my first campaign and I am getting information for a timeframe that's going from 7 to 13 of March. I believe that new data for 14 to 20 of March should be available but I didn't get any update. So, when is Moz supposed to update campaign data with fresh information ? Thanks in advance for such a dumb question. Sébastien

How do you "Moz Crawl" a website? Newbie...
Hi everyone; I've used Screaming Frog in the past and it's simple: you enter the URL to the box and click "start" and.. voila: as the button says, the crawling starts. I've had the Pro version of Moz for a while now and haven't really 'done' anything with it. I'd like to crawl a website and thought it would be as easy as it's always been with Screaming Frog... but, for some reason, I can't find the 'way' to do it. I find it really frustrating especially cause I feel like an idiot going around in circles thinking I'm missing something really obvious... Until I realised the only solution was to ask here! So... how in the world do you crawl a website using Moz tools? (Pro version) Thanks!
