Locate Poorly Trending Keywords in AdWords

At the campaign level I see my CTR has been suffering for the last week or two relative to the past few months.
It could be a few bad actors casing the downward trend. How can I quickly and easily locate specific keywords that are trending in the wrong direction?
Why filters will not work...
They don't take change into account. I want to identify Keywords that were once doing well are now doing poorly. Filters will yield all keywords that are doing poorly which is not what I'm looking for. Obviously I could be missing something with filters but this is my understanding.
A few other points to note...

I have search partners turned on. I do not want to take this traffic into account in my analysis.

I'd also like to determine if it might be an ad that's not performing as well as it once was. I assume the same method used to find poorly trending keywords can be applied to ads as well but if not, is there a solution for this?

You could use the Segment dropdown to see the data by Network. It will display 3 rows, so you can see that broken down. You cannot however, isolate the Search Partners using a filter.
It'd be a good request to make to Google.

I was hoping this wasn't going to be the answer.
One other thing I've started to tinker with is AdWords scripts. Do you know if the scripts have the ability to segment out Network (With Search Partners) effectively?

this is no use to you right now, but might be useful for future - using the Adwords API I download weekly all the data and store in our own databases, that way I can then quickly run the report you are after above.
As far as I am aware you can't do what you are trying to do in the interface - to say its the area where Google makes most of its money, I do find some of the most basic reports missing.

Okay, I'm now finding a big issue with this. Even when I segment out "Network (With Search Partners)" I cannot order by Google search numbers. So, I get a lot of false positives that I have to manually cull.
This is really a bigger issue. What's the best way to pull JUST Google search numbers? I don't think there is a good way within Google's own tool.

Okay, after tinkering, this is what I've got...
I looked at the last few months of CTR. I found about a week's period that looks good. I compared this to the most current week that doesn't look so good.
I expanded the CTR column so I could see Change (%) and ordered by this to see where I've been hit the worst.
I filtered this to only include keywords that have over 200 impressions to filter out some noise.
Now I can go through this list and see what might be happening ... whether it be an ad that's not speaking to searchers anymore, increased competition, etc.
Does anybody have a list of metrics to look at when diagnosing a list like this?

How To Assign Pricing Based On User Location (Traffic Coming From Adwords)
Hi Mozzers, this may be more of a web development/analytics question than SEO, but hopefully someone has the experience to help me out. My company is currently conducting an Adwords campaign targeting B2B clients for products and services across Canada. Ideally each customer is registered as a client in our system when they make purchases, but this limits our customer base to those willing to create an account with us and wastes our Adwords budget. Now we are moving towards a "walk-up" e-commerce platform which would allow non-members to make purchases without setting up an account first. However, pricing for our products and services differs based on province (different taxes, transportation costs, etc.) and the system currently requires a user to login in using their postal code (zip code) to help the platform generate products, services and pricing specific to their area. This has caused an enormous bounce rate and I am looking for a way to generate said product/service/pricing lists based on some form of automated system which identifies their location and reacts accordingly. In other words, I want our system to recognize where a user is searching from and provide them with the relevant information without them having to input any data (in this case, their postal code). I had thought that using a Google Geolocator API might do the trick, but I'm unsure as to whether it is useful for what I have in mind. AdWords Device-Level Bid Adjustments for Tablet not working for me
Yesterday Wordstream announced that AdWords rolled out device-level bid adjustments for tablet for everyone, but when I go into my campaign settings, it's the way it's always been, with no ability to adjust for tablet. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, or is there perhaps some kind of setting I have to turn on? http://www.wordstream.com/blog/ws/2016/07/26/device-level-bid-adjustments I am so excited about this change, seeing as our cost-per-conversion on tablets is always twice what it is on desktop, and not having control over it was maddening.

Intermediate Adwords Course
I've got a decent understanding of Adwords however want to now take it to another level. Is there a course anyone can recommend that enables me to understand Adwords thoroughly to an expert level? I would classify myself as an intermediate at this point with a good foundational understanding, but far short of comprehensive. I'm looking for a video course and allow me to understanding everything to a deep level and how to execute strategies that can be effective.

Multiple keyword match types - same ad group, or separate ad groups?
Hi guys, Looking at an account that has historically used broad matching, and i'd now like to take some of the better performing keywords and duplicate as phrase and/or exact match to increase the quality of traffic to the landing pages. I know I can add red shoes, "red shoes" and [red shoes] to the same ad group, however I've also read that people are creating separate groups for each match type. Other than easy of management (same group), or more granular targeting of ads (separate groups), should I go with either approach, or a blend of the two? My key objective in this restructure is to drop the currently high bounce rate on the landing pages by improving the relevance of the incoming traffic. Cheers, Jez

Adwords "Display Network" tab buggy?
Anyone else notice the new Display Network tab in Google Adwords is buggier than a cheap NY motel bed? Everytime I load it in firefox I end up twiddling my thumbs for several minutes before hard closing the program. Very frustrating morning... In case anyone else is feeling this pain, I just tried it in opera and it finally loaded ok.

Exact url dynamic keyword insertion
A competitor of ours is using dynamic keyword insertion for exact urls in our field. I'm not 100% clear on this, but isn't that not allowed in adwords? I am not one that usually turns in a competitor for shady doings, but I'm not sure what to do. Any advice?

PPC Keyword Ranking
The SEOmoz PRO tool shows how keywords rank in the organic part of the SERPs. Does anyone know if there is another tool out there that shows the same thing for ranking in the ads section of the SERPs?
