Internal Equity Passing Links Showing 0

Hi There.
I ran Open Site Explorer on a client's site and it's showing 0 for Internal Equity Passing Links and 0 Total Internal Links. Has anyone seen this before? If anyone knows what might be causing this I'd be very appreciative of the assistance.

I have a similar issue too - a very old website and well-linked to so internal links should be crawled but display as 1 in OSE.
Would love to hear how you fixed yours?

Thanks for responding. The site's been live for several years so I think that it should've been crawled at some point by Moz. Robots.txt is disallowing some bots, but it looks like it should be open to OSE crawling. I haven't seen this kind of thing before and I'm guessing that there is something in the robots.txt file but I just can't put my finger on it. I can't put the URL in due to client confidentiality, but I do appreciate your time in replying.

Can you add the link to the page? Is there anything on the page that could inhibit Moz from crawling (meta robots, meta refresh redirect)? Or anything in the site's robots.txt file that could block Rogerbot?
It is also possible that Moz just hasn't crawled that page, therefore the Mozscape index doesn't contain information on that page in OSE.
Remember that OSE doesn't actively crawl your site when you run a report, it just recalls information from the latest Mozscape index.

DA score Decreased but Linking Domains Improved
Hi, I have observed that even if number of linking domains increased but DA value can still decreased. Can anyone Please let me know how to improve DA score. Focusing on gaining quality backlinks is already in process and number of linking domains also increased over the last 2 months but DA score got down. What do these link terms mean?
I'm not sure what all of the different link terms mean: -External, followed links -Internal, nofollowed links -External, nofollowed links -Internal, no followed links -Total linking domains -Followed linking domains What are the differences? Which metric will indicate the total # of other sites that are linking to my site? Thank you!

External link numbers down year on year
Hi, Just wondering if anyone knows why a website that has definitely had some links acquired over the last year would now show less links and from fewer referring domains than they had this time last year? How is that possible - assume it is down to the way OSE / Moz crawl the web and collect data but need a definitive explanation for a client that has noticed the drop in link metrics and as a result authority. Open Site Explorer Only showing 2 Internal Links
Hi, for some reason Open Site Explorer only shows 2 internal links linking to our homepage (and other pages). When looking at a competitors site, they have thousands of internal links to their homepage! Are there any reasons why OSE is only showing 2 for our site, when in fact there are hundreds and thousands? Thanks.

Root Domain and Subdomain Links OpenSite Explorer
I'm using opensite explorer trying to explore who is linking to my clients site. In the main blue area it shows total links as 20, which I understand is to the specific page. In the Root Domain Metrics it shows 4,032 external links. Sub domain Metrics shows 1,973. How do I find out where the links are? I tried creating a advanced link report with the "Links that to" are checked off as "any page on this root domain" and only shows 91 of the links? What am I doing wrong or missing?
