I'm getting "No Listing Found" but it exists

I'm getting "no listing found" in Moz Local for Yelp but I know it exists. I set it up myself.

Hi,
For you listings the Adress, Phone # and website needs to be exact to what we see on your Google places or FB business page. Also Yelp will not show a listing in Local until there has been a review on that listing.

That's with a different phone # than we want to list. Is that how Moz Local determines matching pages? Phone #, address ?

When I put that in, I got a listing on Yelp. 83% Good, 17% inconsistent. I checked it for both suite and ste.

Unsolved Moz Local business listing
Hello, I just signed up for Moz local, when will all of the directories promised be populated with the information I filled out in the dashboard? It is my understanding, I just fill out my profile on Moz local and all the business listing will be automatically created and updated for me. or do I need to create the account on for example Manta and Forsquare and then you will update the existing account. Why are accuracy scores in the dashboard different than in the individual listing?
How come when I search for my location in the Moz Local dashboard, it shows me the Score and the Accuracy, but then when I click into the individual location and the accuracy score is much lower? Which one is the source of truth, and is the best to report to clients? I don't want to report on inflated numbers.

Facebook page not appearing in the Moz Local listing report
Hello, We recently set-up a Moz local account and have submitted our data about the business to it. However for some reason our Facebook page is not showing up in the listing report. The Facebook page is active and has all the NAP details but in the listing report, it only gives the option of creating a listing. Is there any way I can link our Facebook page in the listing report.

Creating Listings For Doctors and Dentist aside from the Business Name
What is the best way to create listings for Doctors/Dentist and keep them from showing as duplicates. Should they just have there name without the company name in the title but yet the address and same phone or no separate listing at all. I have noticed in Moz Local that these show as duplicates when listed in this format. Thanks Scott

My listings have shown 'Update in Progress" for over a month now. Any timeframe for how long this process takes?
