Multiple locations
-
We have 3 offices, at the moment we have the address of each office in the footer using the schema.org format.
We are also creating individual pages for each location, the address on these pages will also be in the schema.org format.
Is having locations in both the footer and on individual location pages the best way to go?
-
Hi Mike,
Thanks for your answer.
Both organic and local.
My main concern was whether displaying the 3 addresses in the footer as well as just one of the addresses on each location page was a good idea.
Thanks.

Hi Gary,
We have lot's of multiple location clients. Are you trying to get visible in Google places or organic, or both?
You are doing it the correct way. Make sure your individual office pages have unique content. You also want to make sure each office has it's unique phone number listed. The golden rule of multiple locations on the same site is be very clear on each having a unique phone number, address, and third a page.
If you are using Google places follow there guidelines on each listing. And try and get unique listings on Yahoo local and other local directories for each office.

Are Multiple Page Titles hurting my rankings
The platform that built our website has, for some reason, put multiple page titles on all of our webpages: https://www.backyardadventures.com/ If you open this page and "View Page Source" you will see that there are 50 page title tags (). There is one with our actual page title, but there are 49 others that look like this: <title></span><span class="html-tag">lock</span><span class="html-tag"></title> or <title></span><span class="html-tag">bubbles2</span><span class="html-tag"></title> are just two of the examples. The company said that because they are in a svg tag () they are fine. The title tags show up on some of the Moz tools. Is this effecting our rankings?

How can I write unique and seductive product descriptions about multiple, very similar products?
We are an eCommerce store who sell personalised phone cases, macbook covers, mugs and the like. Our target market is primarily 16-25 and female. We're in the process of redesigning our website www.mrnutcase.com and we desperately need some more enticing product descriptions before the redesign goes live. The problem is that most of our products are exactly the same. For example iPhone 5 case, iPhone 5S Case etc. At the moment our product descriptions are almost the same, but written in a slightly different way. Not only is this dangerous in terms of duplicate content, but it's also extremely boring for the user. With our users being young and female, writing about boring technical specifications isn't going to cut it with the crowd. Obviously, i want each of our pages to rank in Google so I don't want to NoIndex or canonicalize any pages or anything. How can I write unique and enticing product descriptions for very similar products? Would appreciate any ideas! Thanks, Danny

Multiple menu items pointing to same page
I have an automotive dealer as a client. The primary nav has a finance menu item, which (of course) points to the finance related pages. He just requested that I add a finance link item, as child menu items, under the new and used car nav items. Now, this is wrong for a host of reasons, what is the best way to communicate to this to him? I mean, I see this as a usability issue, it's wrong thematically, we would end up having 3 links pointing to the same page. Would this classify as dupe content?

Impact of multiple links on the same page to the same url (different anchor text) ?
Hi, On our category pages, for every product we have several links pointing to the product : on the image, on the product name, on the short description, on "read more", and a javascript onclick on the entire div. Could this have a negative impact for link juice distribution, or is it counted as only 1 link with the first anchor text found on the page ? Thanks,

In my report of my website it was indicated that I had 19 links/locations blocked by meta-robots. What does this mean and how do I fix it. My website is a Wordpress website.
