Real-time social results?
-
I just started my free Moz trial--mostly interested in real-time Twitter monitoring. Does this app not produce real-time Twitter analysis? I saw in another forum that social media reports are only done on a weekly basis?
-
Hi Christine,
We don't have those real-time capabilities, unfortunately. I'm on the community team, and we also use external tools for our daily management of Twitter (currently Exact Target/Cotweet, but are looking for alternatives).

Hi Erin-
The fact you don't know what real-time means makes me know that this tool isn't for me. I can see it's a very powerful tool, but in crisis management, I look for a tool that can deliver analysis and data "as-it-happens" not once a day. Real-time is an expression used in digital media that means you can monitor conversations as they happen. I think Moz is great--it just won't do what I need it to. Thanks for your help.

Hi Christine!
Thanks for reaching out! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. I'm not sure what you mean when you say "real time" Twitter monitoring, but our social metrics do update daily. If you have a campaign set up, you can choose to view a daily, weekly, or monthly (if your campaign is old enough to have this view ) breakdown of your social data. If you haven't already, you should check out Followerwonk to get a really deep dive into your Twitter metrics!

Attempts to fix MOZ recommended issues resulted in drastic ranking drop.
I have a website built in SquareSpace. https://www.ruffhaus.com/ I recently started working with MOZ to track and improve organic SEO. After my initial site crawl, search visibility was reported at a waping 2.38%. Moz showed several critical crawler issues. Most were redirect, 4xx and long URL. So I started working on fixing the redirect and 4xx issues first. I thought this was a good thing. But now my already sad search visibility has dropped to .07% (-95.97%!). I also went from #1 on keyword, brand implementation plan (and 3 variations), to #27. What? Wondering where I went wrong and how to remedy? This is all new to me so I am sure I'm not providing all the info you need to answer my question. Hoping providing the site URL will help. Fire away!

Social Visit in the dashboard
Hi there, the social visits in the dashboard look like are collected just from facebook social network. In fact if I check the social report in Google Analytics the number of facebook referrals sessions is the same of the number of Social visits from MOZ Dashboard. What's the reason why? How can I resolve this problem including visits from Linkedin, Pinterest and other social network in the Social visits in Moz Dashboard? Thank you

Mozbar - No Link Results Populating
I am new to using the Mozbar and maybe I have missed a setting someplace, but in search results under the individual results only the page links are showing - no referring domains, no links or referring domains for the site. Here is what I am getting:Â https://www.dropbox.com/s/67rl5itsiou4hnq/1b.png?dl=0 Here is what I would like to see (with all 4 results showing) Â https://www.dropbox.com/s/ce71c9og48i7yk0/1b2.png?dl=0 Is there a setting I might have missed? Â I have reinstalled the extension, oh...about ...5 times or so hoping that would solve the problem, but still getting the same results. Any suggestions or how to get all 4 results to display? Thank you for your help or suggestions

Social interactions
I just ran a campaign for one of my web sites and am a little bit confused. Social Interactions states 0 new for all of last week. Â That's odd, because we are very active with facebook, twitter, and instagram. On top of that, we blog daily and always tweet and post links to our blog posts. Google Analytics tells us that we're getting traffic from Social Media web sites. Â But MOZ campaign says there's nothing. Also, Brands and Mentions indicate just one mention? Â Strange and disappointing. Can anyone explain? Â Thanks

Report time periods & Domain Authority over time
Hello there. I am evaluating the Moz tools and I have two brief questions. What are the time periods (weekly, monthly, ..) that one can choose to compile reports? Is there a view to show Domain Authority over time? Thanks, Marco

Page appearing multiple times in Warnings report
In reviewing my Moz warnings report, one page is appearing multiple times because the title is longer than recommended. Is this a bug in Moz? The page is appearing with a number of different URLs, despite there being a rel="canonical" tag. The page's canonical URL is: http://betablog.org/wishing-and-hoping-and-praying/ And in the warnings report I'm seeing variations like this: http://betablog.org/wishing-and-hoping-and-praying/?replytocom=26539 which are clearly links from the comments section.
