My listings have shown 'Update in Progress" for over a month now. Any timeframe for how long this process takes?

I would appreciate more information as to how this process works and why my listings seems to be in 'update in progress' limbo.

Mine too, i read it can take from 4-6 weeks to be completed.

We have a client moving office locations in a month. When should we submit new address in Moz Local to the data providers?

It's the fine line of don't submit too early, but don't submit too late. When is the right time to submit the new address. This client will be working at current address until Christmas Eve. The day after Christmas, they move into their brand new building and address.

Q: At what point in time should I submit a "corrected" NAP to MOZ Local in the process of cleaning up NAP in the directory ecosystem?

1- Can I submit a "corrected" NAP to Moz Local and trust that all the incorrect info in the entire directory ecosystem will get corrected? If the answer is yes, how long would this take? 2- Should I change the incorrect NAP listings in the "other" directories that MOZ doesn't have an agreement with, before I submit a "corrected" NAP to MOZ.? My Listing pulls in my street address twice from Google profile

Hi, My address is xxx Oxford Road. This is what it says on Google Plus/Google Business. However when Moz Local looks it up it shows as xxx Oxford Road, xxx Oxford Rd. Because of this Moz Local thinks all other local results are inaccurate. Please help! Thanks

Submitted to Moz Local - and percentage hasn't changed after 2-3 weeks

Hello Moz Support, I've submitted to Moz Local 2-3 weeks ago - Bayou Tactical in my account. And the percentage remains the same with certain websites saying 100% incomplete that should be covered with Moz Local. Please help and thanks! Cole
