H1 tag question

I am currently going through the process of optimizing my pages for my given keywords. Most of my pages are receiving an A grading from the Moz page checker, with keywords being found in all elements expect for the H1 tag.
For certain pages I have not used a H1 tag, the pages title has been incorporated into the image on the top of the page. This is difficult to explain without showing you so i will use one of my pages to explain, the page is http://www.ecobode.co.uk/garden-uses-3/garden-gym/.
The keyword for this page is garden gym, it is found multiple times in the content, URL and other on page elements expect for the H1 tag as I don't have one. The title resides in the image, I know how important H1 tags are but I don't know how I can incorporate into this page.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can incorporate the H1 tag into this page?

Well, the H1 is 'normally' towards the top of the page, but as there is an image towards the top, there is no reason why not. Just try and keep to H1 then H2, etc., and keep it ordered. That said, its not as much of an issue these days as it once was - Google has bigger factors that help with ranking.

Finally would it be acceptable to put a H1 above the second body of text rather than it being on the top of the page?

Very unethical. And your H1 doesn't need to just be the same as what is already there - it can be a sentence explaining the page. I wouldn't advise making the page use the same words / phrases all over. Try going for some synonyms for extra punch.

Its difficult to put a h1 tag saying the exact same thing as the banner in the image without it looking strange. Putting a h1 tag above the image but in white would be considered unethical wouldn't it?

I really wouldn't try and do that Tom. You could quite easily get a H1 tagline below the menu with a bit of playing around. It wouldn't look bad either - or at least there is no reason it should.
Create your pages in an ethical manner and try not to get on the bad side of Google

I am currently web optimizing my images for a faster load time. In regards to adding a title in above the image, I am having trouble finding a solution where this doesn't look stupid (so to speak). I am considering hiding the H1 tag but I know this is poor practice as I cant imagine google approving of this trickery! Any ideas would be much appreciated!

I would be looking to introduce a heading for each page. You don't want to tag images with an H1 really. This doesn't really serve any purpose.
I would get a title in above the image on the right that you can attribute the H1 to - I would also look at how big these images are as I was finding them very slow to load.

If your title is incorporated in an image (not the recommended) what you can do is wrap the image tag in an H1, and provide an ALT description.
You could also hide the H1 under the image, but I am not sure if that could possibly trigger some flags by search engines.

Title tags drawn from breadcrumbs
My client has a magento site that we've recently started working on. After the site was crawled by Moz a couple of times we noticed there was an issue with title tags being too long. However, when we looked closer at the data, Moz was seemingly picking up the breadcrumbs as the title tag. The actual tag is a small part of the breadcrumbs, but Moz was reporting they were the same. For example:

Title Tag - category A of products I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem? Is it Moz's mistake or is the title tag auto generating from the breadcrumbs and cutting off the beginning somehow? Any information would be really helpful, thanks.0 -
Question for Moz developers - Highcharts?
So, I see that Moz is using Highcharts as it's charting display engine. What made you decide to use them instead of some of the other solutions out there, like FusionCharts or Google Charts, even creating your own home-made creation?

Question #3) My last question has to do with Some SEOmoz crawl diagnostics -
I recently fixed (or well, I am asking to make sure that this was the right thing to do in my first question posted a few minutes ago), a problem where all of my internal main sidebar category pages were linking using https://, which to my knowledge means SECURE pages. anyways, OSE, and google seem to be not recognizing the link juice. but my rank fell for one of my main keywords by 2 positions about a week after i made the fix to have the pages be indexable. Making my pages properly linked can't be a bad thing right? That's what I said. So I looked deeper, and my crawl diagnostics reports showed a MASSIVE reduction in warnings (about 3,000 301 redirects were removed by changing the https:// to http:// because all the secure pages were re-directing to http:// regular structure) and an INCREASE, in Duplicate Page Titles, and Temporary redirects... Could that have been the reason the rank dropped? I think I am going to fix all the Duplicate Page Title problems tonight, but still, I am a little confused as to why such a major fix didn't help and appeared to hurt me. I feel like it hurt the rank, not because of what I did, but because what I did caused a few extra re-directs, and opened the doors for the search engine to discover more pages that had problems (which could have triggered an algo that says hey, these people have to much duplicate problems) Any thoughts will be GREATLY appreciated thumbed, thanked, and marked as best answers! I am trying to find inbound links for one of my site urls. My question is does SEOMoz able to track all internal links as the Open Site Explorer shows 0 internal links?
It shows 0 internal links when I am pretty sure we have multiple internal links.Should we use absolute urls or relative urls for internal links?

Will canonical tag get rid of duplicate page title errors?
I have a directory on my website, paginated in groups of 10. On page 2 of the results, the title tag is the same as the first page, as it is on the 3rd page and so on. This is giving me duplicate page title errors. If i use rel=canonical tags on the subsequent pages and href the first page of my results, will my duplicate page title warnings go away? thanks.

Hi, In the mozbar it has the following for this post: PA: 55 mR: 3.28 mT: 4.43 DA: 88 What does this data mean and how would you use it to spot a weakness in a competitor? Now the domain strength is very high 88, so I know you would have trouble attacking that if your own DA was 48. p.s this is just an example

Competitive Domain Analysis Question
When looking at the Competitive Domain Analysis I noticed that I am the only one amongst my competitors that does not have a link from DMOZ. The problem is, I do have a link from them. When you search for my site on dmoz.org you can find my site and it has been that way for quite a while. Anyone know any possible reasons it may be doing this?
