How long does google take to re-ranking pages in results?
-
I mean when google dance, the pages in results go up and down frequency every minue, but finally your page will rank in any position in google, what is the time when you get another position in google
-
Brand new pages can fluctuate in rankings for a while before they seem to "settle", yes, but for some queries, results are different day in, day out. There is no set time period for a new page to "find its place". Google seems to sometimes test whether new resources "deserve" good rankings: the page may seem high-quality - if Google ranks it well for a short period, does the page attract traffic? Does that traffic stay on the site? Do people bounce back to the SERP and choose another resource? Does the page attract links? Social media attention?
A page may drop down in rankings for a time, rising again as its attracts more links. There is really no good rule to go by, besides understanding that a brand new page with good rankings may not have great rankings forever, and that SEO work is still required to keep its rankings high.
-
Some seo experts said it take one week to two weeks and may took one month to take a new rank to your keywords
-
I'd add that at times Google may even start to rank a different page on the same domain with all things staying equal. I've seen clients web pages drop off and other get picked up for a KW we were tracking/trying to rank better for.
-
There are a hundred variables that affect when and where you rank so there is no way to know when your page will finally "settle" into a given rank. Since we deal with client sites and have to stay focused at times on given pages, I can tell you that there are times when a page bounces around for days, weeks, and months depending on a ton of factors.
Sorry, there is just know fixed answer.

Why would google favour overseas retailers? Really weird results..
Why would google favour results from overseas retailers for queries in the UK? It's weird since most won't ship to the UK and the same products are found at dozens of UK retailers. It's not the case that the overseas sites are necessarily bigger brands or better SEO optimised, so having asked the leading agencies in the UK and them being stumped I was curious if this was something anyone else had seen? Our theory is that this can only be a poorly disguised attempt to drive Adwords.

Where can I find a breakdown of google search volume by specific industry/vertical? For example, what % of people searching in google are looking for housing? Cars? Restaurants?
I"m looking for specific breakdowns of search volume in google by: #1 Vertical (Shopping/restaurants/Services etc). For example, how many people are searching in google for information pertaining to restaurants per month? Search volume for all of 2012, 2013, 2014? #2 More granular categories within verticals, people searching for: books, apartment rentals, cellphones) Is there a breakdown of google search somewhere online that gives this type of information? Thank you MOZ community, really appreciate it!

Rankings drop
Hi! Since the new Penguin rollout, we've seen rankings drop for http://www.leanonturkey.co.uk/ for the terms 'turkey recipes' (UK) and 'low fat recipes' (UK) from #4 and #15 respectively. This may be down to very strong competition, but I'm also concerned over the on-page content, which may not be detailed enough. Any tips would be much appreciated!

How come google image search doesn't link to the right page?
For one site I work with the images link to the home page of the site rather than the page the image lives on. I think this is hurting my bounce rate quite a bit. Thoughts?

Google Rankings Jumping Around
Hi, Since January, the Google rankings for one of our sites has been jumping around. Sometimes it's on page 1, then it disappears and comes back around 1 month later. It's strange because it's only a small section of the site that it's happening to. Every other section of the site is doing really well. Just wondered if anyone else is having this problem, or has had it and can suggest any fixes. There are no technical issues, no changes have been made to the site, all I can think is it's Google messing around with their algorithm? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Karen

Google UK search volumes
If a user searches using Google.com but is based in the UK, is it classed as a Google UK search or a Google US search in terms of monthly search volumes? Most of my clients are targeting UK consumers and often rank well on Google UK but outside the top fifty for Google US. I have mentioned that that is fine unless a client happens to use google.com. Am I talking rubbish?

How long does a news article stay on Google's 'News' section on the SERP?
Our site is recognised as a news source for our niche - was just wondering if anyone had any idea how long the news story stays on the front page of the SERP once Google picks it up?
