Can MozLocal cause duplicate listings?

I had already claimed many of our listings before subscribing to Moz Local, will Moz Local just update those claimed listings or does it use the CSV file to create a duplicate listings? Out of nowhere I had about 5 duplicates pop up and am not sure where they came from. They are a beast to get rid of so hoping there is an easy explanation/fix!

Thanks for reaching out!
Once uploaded, validated, and purchased, we publish your listing data to all of our partners for processing—which takes anywhere from a couple of minutes eight weeks. The only time we won't push a listing through to one of our partners is if you have a paid account with them already.
Otherwise, we update any existing listing that you have with them. We won't create any duplicate listings, so you'll be safe there. If we do find a potential duplicate, we list them out and direct you on where you need to go to fix them. Outside of that, you're welcome to use you Check Listing feature ( http://moz.com/local/search ) to see what areas could be improved for listings outside of our partnership network.

Duplicates
I have duplicate accounts that's not showing up to merge, but they are there and I'd like too get help getting them resolved. We were currently known as Midwest Performance and now we rebranded to LadyStrong Fitness. It shows there are two Midwest Performance listed and another LadyStrong fitness underneath our (844) number. How do I claim a YP listing with the wrong number listed?
I have a listing in Moz Local associated with a YP listing. Most items on the listing are correct but the number listed is not one of our numbers. When I try to claim the listing they want to call the number listed and give them a code. Of course we can't answer the phone because it doesn't ring on our end. How do I either change the number or claim the listing in another way?

Can Moz local correct listings with incorrect addresses/phone numbers that have no FB or G+ listing?
We just started using Moz Local for a law office client. The csv has the client's correct information. However, our client has listings out there with a completely incorrect address/city and alternate phone number. There wouldn't be a valid FB or G+ listing for this incorrect address to use for validation. Is there any way Moz Local can find these and correct them by matching name or website alone? The incorrect ones are not showing up in the list of duplicates.
