Is Moz local available for South Africa?

I joined Moz local and was charged for the product and service, but it seems as though the service is not available for South African locations.Can I be refunded as I have also been charged for Moz Pro?

Hi there,
I reviewed your account and can confirm you actually haven't been charged anything. Both our records and our payment processor's records only show a voided $1 authorization that is processed when you first set up an account to validate the card. As the authorization is pending and then voided, it generally drops off of a live billing statement after 2-3 business days.
If this is in regards to a different account than what you're writing in about, we'd need the email for it to research. I recommend sending in a ticket if you'd like more detailed information or for us to look into this further for you as we prefer not to discuss account details in the community for privacy and security purposes. Infact I did get charged for both two amounts have come off my credit card!!!

Moz Pro is actually completely separate from Moz Local. Reviewing your account it doesn't look like you've been charged for either as you haven't purchased a listing and the Pro account you set up is still in a trial. You're welcome to cancel the trial of Pro at any time if you decide it's not right for you. You just need to log in and click on the cancel link on the subscription page of your account. Thanks!

Resubmitting to Moz Local
Hello, We use Moz Local to manage local listings for our clients. What are the best practices for resubmitting once there are changes made to the data? Should I resubmit all data even if there aren't any changes to most of the locations? Would there be a time frame that I should have for this ie: Once a quarter, Once a year? Thanks!

Moz Local Listing Score
Hi there, I purchased MozLocal for my firm on February 27th, about 7 and a half weeks ago to the day. While I've been waiting for the results to populate and the program to do it's work, I've been manually updating all the other listings with photos and categories based off the "missing info" Moz Local provides. Throughout the last almost 8 weeks, my listing score has increased a total of 1%. At this point, should I expect to see any further results from this tool? I'm still seeing "Update in progress", yet it seems enough time has passed for at least something to happen. After two months of waiting, I'm wondering if I would have been better off updating these listings myself. Does anyone have any idea when/if I should be seeing any results?

Updating a Business name only in Moz Local.
My clients business changed their name. When I updated the CSV with the new business name in Moz Local it created a brand new business listing. Is there a better way to update only the business name?
