Does the "Unmanaged" number go up immediately after submission?
-
I just submitted a CSV file with the information about 3 businesses to Moz Local, but I can't tell if it went through properly. The page gave me a message saying "0 are ready to publish. 0 need validation", and didn't list any errors in my listings. However, the number next to "Unmanaged" is still a 0.
I know from looking at some of the other questions on here that from the time that Moz sends the information out, it can take a few weeks for the listings to propagate. But I'm not sure whether or not it's supposed to take some amount of time for uploaded listings to show up on here as Unmanaged listings.
Should I try resubmitting, or does it just take a few minutes/hours for unmanaged listings to show up?

Hi Brian!
Thanks for reaching out! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. I looked into your account, and it looks like the listings your tried to upload are already being managed by someone else (http://screencast.com/t/IaiCxEMiJ). You can find them under the "Validation Needed" tab (http://screencast.com/t/sbXF9P92). Unfortunately there's not much we can do on the support side with this one! Since the listings have already been purchased, you'll need to reach out to the folks who are currently managing the listing to get everything sorted out. I'm sorry I can't do more to help, but if you have any other questions, please reach out to us at help@moz.com.
Kindly,
Erin

Business located inside hotel showing as "Duplicate"
Hi Moz, I am going to be cleaning up and optimizing our client’s business listings using Moz Local Essential package. The client is a hotel and the bar inside of the hotel. When I used the Moz tool to check the current status of the hotel's business listings, the score returned 5 possible duplicates. The 5 listings that were returned as duplicates are the bar located inside the hotel. When the bar runs through the Moz tool, the hotel is returned as a duplicate. On Google My Business, the bar is shown as “located in” the hotel. Is this an option that can be implemented across other business listing sites via Moz? If not, what steps can be taken to prevent these “duplicates” from negatively impacting SEO and rankings for the two businesses? Thanks in advance!

Multiple Locations + Incomplete "Facebook" Listing
Hi! I am in charge of multiple listings for the same business because they have many offices throughout the US. Upon submitting these different locations on Moz Local, I have now run into an issue where all of the listings are not registering their correct Facebook page. On Facebook I have created separate pages for each location (using their location manager tool), but I am unsure on how to connect this to Moz. I have tried submitting the URL of the Facebook page in the "Advanced" tab in the "edit" area, but this does not seem to solve the problem. Any idea on why this is happening, and if there is an easy fix? Thanks everyone!

What is needed to be "Complete" for each citation source?
We use Moz Local to track citations for our clients and while I understand that it is not necessary for every citation to be 100% complete to get decent visibility in Google, I was wondering if there is any list of what is required for each citation source to show as complete in Moz Local? For example, how many categories, photos etc. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Can Moz local correct listings with incorrect addresses/phone numbers that have no FB or G+ listing?
We just started using Moz Local for a law office client. The csv has the client's correct information. However, our client has listings out there with a completely incorrect address/city and alternate phone number. There wouldn't be a valid FB or G+ listing for this incorrect address to use for validation. Is there any way Moz Local can find these and correct them by matching name or website alone? The incorrect ones are not showing up in the list of duplicates.
