Can you reference http and https in a sitemap.xml?

I have a site where some pages (in Spanish) are https. The english pages are http. Can you tell me if it's okay to have both in the sitemap.xml?

After reading some Google documentation I set it up like this:

I think you can, I always would make it two different sitemaps though to also have the data for the specific languages.

Can I reuse meta description tag on another site?
Hi....lets say i sell widgets and on my site i have redWidgets, blueWidgets and greenWidgets. Each of these widget page's has a meta description tag that seems to help click through. I now have a different site that would like to do a right up about each widget and will dedicate a independent page to each widget. Can i safely provide them with the original meta descriptions (from my original site) for each widget i have on my site to then use on these "right up" pages (as they seem to work well and are informative of the subject matter). I am not sure if this is a seo issue or not. I would think not but would appreciate any input. thank you

What is the perfect way to handle multiple sitemaps index in Search Console?
Hello friends, I have this doubt for a long and i want to share it with you. In our agency many clients have a PHP template for the home page of their sites, and also have a blog with wordpress as CMS. When i am optimizing sitemaps, I have two separate files, an index of Sitemaps created with Wordpress SEO by Yoast (which inside has separate Sitemaps tags, categories, posts, pages, authors, etc.) and on the other hand the home page sitemap with the subsections. As you know the sitemap generated by "Wordpress SEO by Yoast" is dynamic as it creates the sitemap according to current site content, and is updated every time a new entry is raised or modify any URL. This makes it very practical. I can not have a unique index sitemap sitemaps nesting inside another, as it is not allowed by Google or Sitemap protocol. I read in the Google Support you can upload multiple sitemaps to Search Console but does not say anywhere on upload multiple sitemaps index, or a combination thereof. In my case, I would have to upload two separately files, the dynamically generated with wordpress and the manual created for the PHP template. In my opinion there is no problem and Google will index everything properly performing it this way, but I wanted to share it with you to see how you solve this problem and what experiences had. How can i get a higher ranking
Hey All, As a rookie on SEO, I optimised this page http://www.nhad.de/fernstudium/sprachkurse/arabisch/sprachkurse-arabisch/arabisch.aspx for the keywords Arabisch lernen. I saw a huge improvement from position 100+ to position 45. but now it's stuck around this position. Are there any things I missed on this page? Are there still things to increase the ranking? Can somebody help me with a "Grade F" report
My Seomoz account tells me i've got a Grade F for my on-page optimalisation. The report said there's no single "on page keyword" usage at the whole page. Can somebody tell me what went wrong? If you take a look at my website: www.oceandrivers.nl, you'll see that i've used the keyword "prive chauffeur huren" everywere. In the URL, the H1 etc. (See image)

If a site has https versions of every page, will the search engines view them as duplicate pages?
A client's site has HTTPS versions of every page for their site and it is possible to view both http and https versions of the page. Do the search engines view this as duplicate content?

Tool for Generating Sitemap/ URL List
HI, I'm looking for a tool that'll generate a URL list for a site. I looked at this thread here http://www.seomoz.org/q/online-sitemap-generator which came up when I searched for sitemap generator. However, I don't need a sitemap per se, and I don't need to submit it to Google - just a list of pages is what I need.If it updated automatically, that would be useful as well. Anyone know of a tool, on or offline? Or anyone used Xenu and know if it's what I'm looking for? Or is there a simple solution that I'm missing? Thanks.
