Google+ Not Working in my Profile
-
I would like to add my Google+ and Facebook addresses in my profile but when I do it says my vanity names are not correct. I am copying and pasting directly from the Google+ page and Facebook page so I do not know what to do. When I do try to just add the numbers for my Google+ page that is not working either.
Thanks - Travis

Awesome Travis!
Glad that worked

Ah ok great, Thanks! I just added the facebook page. I didn't realize the "facebook.com/" was already provided. I guess I need to at things a little closer! haha. Thanks for your help - I am all set now.
-
Oh no, no min. is required for profile links. Only if you are trying to connect your pages to Moz Analytics.
-
OK thanks - I guess I will have to wait until I get 10 followers though right? Once I do I will try to the add the links how you suggested.
Thanks!

I just realized you are trying to add the links to your community profile.
So for Google you only need the +username without the /about, this has been added.
You should only add the /username for Facebook which is just OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos
Let me know if that works

You would need a min. of 10 followers
I am checking out the links right now. For Facebook you would just need to connect your personal account logged in as yourself and not the business page and any pages you are admin for will appear with the option to "track profile"

I also just tried to add my Facebook page and I get a similar error. Maybe something is not set up correctly for my profile? Do you need a minimum number of posts or anything before you are able to add these?
-
I tried adding it both being logged in and being logged out. This is the error I continue to get
"The Google+ ID or vanity name you provided is invalid. Vanity names should match +JohnDoe. IDs should be a very long number."
The page I am tryiong to add is
https://plus.google.com/+Onlineunitedstatescasinos/about
I have copied and pasted the URL from my browser. Not sure why it is not working?? Any ideas?

Hi Travis
Sorry you are having issues adding your profile. Can you check to make sure you are adding the public URL of your profile and not the one you see while logged in?

Same here. Tried editing it yesterday.

Does Moz Analytics need Google Analytics installed?
I have a few websites on my Moz Analytics account but only have data for one of them. All my other accounts keepy saying come back in 24hrs for more data, although there is no data available. Do I need to connect each account with Google Analytics before Moz populates its own analytics?
