I am not able to interact with the social account section of my campaign. Why is this? I am on a pro trial and that is what I mainly want to test.

Hmm that is very weird. Does that also occur in another browser? Do you have any extensions or plug-ins you can disable to see if it will appear?

Each connection will require the personal account that is the administrator for the business/brand page you wish to track.

For Google+ make sure you are adding the public URL and not the one you see while logged in.

Hi there, the social visits in the dashboard look like are collected just from facebook social network. In fact if I check the social report in Google Analytics the number of facebook referrals sessions is the same of the number of Social visits from MOZ Dashboard. What's the reason why? Moz not recognising url to setup a new account

I am attempting to setup a new account for my client but Moz is having a problem and not registering the url http://www.esc.uk.net/. I get the "oops" message & read the info on the FAQ page it refers to. Why do I keep getting an "Oops" message when I type and submit my campaign URL? To create a campaign, we need to receive a valid HTTP response from the web server hosting your site. While the site may be accessible from a standard web browser, other user-agents and search engine bots may receive a different response. If you receive this error, we recommend running a test by sending an HTTP response using any online HTTP tool. Using an online HTTP tool I believe I received an HTTP response. What else can I do? I signed up for a free trial yesterday. Today I wanted to analyze some Twitter accounts and got a message that I had reached my daily quota after only two searches! What's going on?

When I first discovered Followerwonk, I searched 15 accounts before reaching my daily quota. Now that I have signed up for a Pro account, how come I can only search two? How come there's any daily limit at all now?

Hi, I'm looking to find out why a google+ account that was rarely used has 10,000 views. I want to discover what sites it is linked to. I entered the page url but no joy. can anyone help?

I would like to find out where all this traffic is coming from. It is most likely from an out of date sales site etc, but it's important to find out as it could be the result of hacking etc. It appears the page is linked to another site and I would like to find out which one(s) Entering the page url is not getting results, can anyone help?

When connecting your Google Analytics account to your Moz account, Moz provides a drop-down of accounts & UA codes to select from. Where is Moz pulling those selection options from?

The list of Google Analytics accounts and UA codes listed are outdated. How can I update them to reflect the most up-to-date accounts (& UA codes associated with those accounts)?

Social interactions

I just ran a campaign for one of my web sites and am a little bit confused. Social Interactions states 0 new for all of last week. That's odd, because we are very active with facebook, twitter, and instagram. On top of that, we blog daily and always tweet and post links to our blog posts. Google Analytics tells us that we're getting traffic from Social Media web sites. But MOZ campaign says there's nothing. Also, Brands and Mentions indicate just one mention? Strange and disappointing. Can anyone explain? Thanks

Is analytics data kept after PRO account is discontinued? And/or can we step back up later again, and acces it?

When we discontinue our PRO account, will we be able to step back up with the same account later? If so, is there any data of the intermediate months? And can we still access old data from during our PRO account from the free account?
