I am not able to interact with the social account section of my campaign. Why is this? I am on a pro trial and that is what I mainly want to test.

Hmm that is very weird. Does that also occur in another browser? Do you have any extensions or plug-ins you can disable to see if it will appear?

Hello!

Each connection will require the personal account that is the administrator for the business/brand page you wish to track.

For Google+ make sure you are adding the public URL and not the one you see while logged in.

Hi there, the social visits in the dashboard look like are collected just from facebook social network. In fact if I check the social report in Google Analytics the number of facebook referrals sessions is the same of the number of Social visits from MOZ Dashboard. What's the reason why? Multiple Google Analytics Accounts connected to the same MOZ subscription

Hi everyone, I have a quick question regarding setting up my MOZ account and it's
integration with a Google Analytics account: I'm not sure if I'm right but I think I can only set a single Google

Trying to connect Google Analytics account But it's not listed in the drop down box

I'm trying to connect a Google Analytics account but when I go through the drop down box with our list of clients it doesn't show up. It is listed in our agency Analytics account. We have 30+ accounts on GA. Any reason why the account wouldn't make it into the list? Thanks, ~Anjolie

Is analytics data kept after PRO account is discontinued? And/or can we step back up later again, and acces it?

When we discontinue our PRO account, will we be able to step back up with the same account later? If so, is there any data of the intermediate months? And can we still access old data from during our PRO account from the free account?
