Hello there,
I recently re-activated my account and I have some issues with the reports. I have been notified by email that the crawl has been successful and data were collected but they refer to January and February instead of November.
What should I do?

PayPal Billing issue
we’re trying to pay for the Friday Webinar on advanced auditing, but typically PayPal uses the balance when you click “Pay” , which we DONT want. We want to use a credit card. When you click on “change” on paypal you typically are offered the credit cards you have on file, but this version only gives you the option of putting in a new credit card instead of serving up the cards that are already on file with PayPal. When we try to add a new card it tells us that that card is already linked to a paypal account (which would be the same one we are using). How do we pay with our credit card?

MOZ not accepting our recent changes it still showing us old Crawl Diagnostics report
Hi, 507 Temporary Redirect We made changes for 302 redirects which are listed in crawl diagnostics report. Now "Compare" and "Wishlist" links are already removed from our source code. All required changes are made but still your report listed Compare and wishlist links. We made changes on Friday (14/8/2015) and waiting for new updated report. Moz Analytics Reports Scheduling
Hi, We have been using Moz now for a few weeks now and we are trying to run reports based on various time frames and can't seem to do so? For example on the if we needed a report from say 17/04/2014- 30/04/2014 how would we achieve this? Or if we wanted to schedule reports based on a calendar month- how do we achieve this? I tried running reports on the 1/05/2014 and received reports for Apr 25 - May 2, 2014. Also on the DASHBAORD- the timeframe only appears to display 'WEEKLY' and the last week of the month- 23th April- 30- Apr. Or will this change once we have more historical data compiled? Thanks,

Received emails about new ranking, crawl and on page reports, but nothing new shows.
Yesterday morning I had emails about updated crawl, ranking and on page reports being available however nothing in my dashboard is newer than 2/21. I waited through yesterday to see if things changed, logged in and out etc but nothing new has shown up. Any ideas on why that is the case?

When I click on a link to a recent report I don't end up there. I end up on a site I do not recognise or have time to plough through. Can anyone please give me a link to the reports. Many thanks in advance.

How to get in contact with moz about my report content?
Just logged into moz to view my reports as i got an email about a new report went into my dashboard and nothing is coming up. Is there any way i can get in direct contact with moz?
