Hi jfolpf,
I'm afraid we don't support account deletion right now. However, you are welcome to change or remove any information in your Moz profile.
We can swap out card details at our end, and once all this is done we can also ban your account to deactivate it.
Please write into help@moz.com to get this ball rolling.

But why can't I delete the MOZ account?
Should not be something basic from any provider?

Hey There,
I'm afraid we aren't able to delete the credit card information from the account, because we actually don't have any access to it directly. We don't store any CC information in house. It's all stored under lock and key with our payment processor, authorize.net. Once you cancel your subscription we lose all ability to charge the card.

While logged into your account, go to https://moz.com/subscriptions
From here, you can click the "Cancel" link (see screenshot) and have at it! Hope this helps

I have written MOZ several times requesting account cancellation procedures but they don't seem interested in responding. I pre-paid my account in October 2019, paying for one year until October 2020. I would like to cancel my account and get a refund of the pro-rated unused amount. "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost" keeps occurring
We've reauthorized our Google Analytics accounts, but we still keep getting the message "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost. Please reauthorize now." This is happening to a handful of our campaigns, not all. Has anyone else encountered this or know what is going on? It says I won't lose any data, but why does this keep happening?

Had to reactivate my account and now my campaign is completely gone -- eeek!
Hi, I recently had to change my bank and forgot that my payment for my moz PRO subscription was automatically deducted on a monthly basis from the older bank. I just realized this recently and have switched over my payment card to reactivate my account but now I see that my campaigns have been wiped as well. Could you please please please, reactivate my past campaign. There was so much history/past information there and I won't be able to recreate it to see the changes in the campaign and measure progress! Please help! I would really appreciate it. Transfer campaigns into another account
Hy I've got a question. Right now I have 2 PRO Accounts with more or less 5-10 campaigns. Now I would like to upgrade one account into ELITE. Here is my question: Is it possible to transfer the campaigns from the other PRO account to the ELITE? I won't create the campaigns again because the data is really important.
