Weird, long URLS returning crawl error

Hi everyone,
I'm getting a crawl error "URL too long" for some really strange urls that I'm not sure where they are being generated from or how to resolve it. It's all with one page, our request info. Here are some examples:
Has anyone seen anything like this before or have an idea of what may be causing it?

@Leonie-Kramer Yes, we are using Wordpress. I can see if changing the slug to not include spaces may help.
@lynnp I noticed that too! Usually our developer doesn't help with technical SEO problems like this, so I was trying to solve it myself

HI,
It looks like your 'request info' button is spinning out endless urls, try going to any page and then clicking 'request info' a couple of times. You will see these urls being created. It is probably a relatively simple mistake in the code for the button, your developer should be able to fix it.

Hi, Are you using a CMS? It can be caused by that? It creates url's with spaces that's why they look so strange. Have you checked this with your webdeveloper?
Here some info about url encoding:
URLs can only be sent over the Internet using the ASCII character-set. Since URLs often contain characters outside the ASCII set, the URL has to be converted into a valid ASCII format. URL encoding replaces unsafe ASCII characters with a "%" followed by two hexadecimal digits. URLs cannot contain spaces. URL encoding normally replaces a space with a plus (+) sign or with %20.

Hi, How do I resolve a duplicate title error in GWT over spelling in URL? Ttile of Post: Minneapolis Median Home Sales Price Up 16 Percent Not sure how this happened, but I have two URL versions show up. Even with a 301 redirect, the both remain an error in GWT.

Long URL

Magento - Google Webmaster Crawl Errors
Hi guys, Started my free trial - very impressed - just thought I'd ask a question or two while I can. I've set up the website for http://www.worldofbooks.com (large bookseller in the UK), using Magento. I'm getting a huge amount of not found crawl errors (27,808), I think this is due to URL rewrites, all the errors are in this format (non search friendly): http://www.worldofbooks.com/search_inventory.php?search_text=&category=&tag=Ure&gift_code=&dd_sort_by=price_desc&dd_records_per_page=40&dd_page_number=1 As oppose to this format: http://www.worldofbooks.com/arts-books/history-of-art-design-styles/the-art-book-by-phaidon.html (the re-written URL). This doesn't seem to really be affecting our rankings, we targeted 'cheap books' and 'bargain books' heavily - we're up to 2nd for Cheap Books and 3rd for Bargain Books. So my question is - are these large amount of Crawl errors cause for concern or is it something that will work itself out? And secondly - if it is cause for concern will it be affecting our rankings negatively in any way and what could we do to resolve this issue? Any points in the right direction much appreciated. Directory URL structure last / in the url
Ok, So my site's urls works like this www.site.com/widgets/ If you go to www.site.com/widgets (without the last / ) you get a 404. My site did no used to require the last / to load the page but it has over the last year and my rankings have dropped on those pages... But Yahoo and BING still indexes all my pages without the last / and it some how still loads the page if you go to it from yahoo or bing, but it looks like this in the address bar once you arrive from bing or yahoo. http://www.site.com/404.asp?404;http://site.com:80/widgets/ How do I fix this? Should'nt all the engines see those pages the same way with the last / included? What is the best structure for SEO?
