Do i optimise only the page that i want to rank or do i have to optimise my entire website.
-
I'm looking at 2 keywords and i have optimized my main page towards it. My website consist of other pages like, "About Us, Contact Us, Testimonials".
My SEO title and Meta Description for these pages are just the basic.
Q: My question is, do i have to optimize the pages that i do not want to rank?
Is there any way to utilise these pages to help my main page to rank?(besides using them for internal links)
-
Then the answer is no, do not worry about keyword/content optimizing pages that you do not want ranking.
-
Yes i did optimise my whole site.
I'll edit my question: do i have to keyword optimize the pages that i do not want to rank?
-
You should make sure from a technical and a user experience perspective that your entire site is optimized while your specific pages are also content optimized for the key words and phrases that you are working toward.

Why will a Page not rank or improve on a website?
My website is performing well, but I have a couple of popular Brand pages that no matter what I do will not rank organically, they are being indexed, but will just not perform or improve. The rest of the pages throughout the website all seem to be fine, can anyone advise if they have experienced a similar problem or advise why this would happen or even suggest what I should do to fix the problem, we have even gone as far to create a new page and delete the old one, and it still hasn't worked. I have used various tools to test the page and variations of search terms and although it is appearing in Google it is not ranked, although it is ranking and visible in Yahoo and Bing. Any help and advise would be appreciated. Jacqui

If I put 'keyword/url' combination to 'stop run weekly', will it dissapear from the summary page in the on-page grader?
The summary page of the on-page grader chooses the keyword and url combination itself. Now if I choose another combination, I would like the former to dissapear from the summary page. The only option is 'stop running weekly'. But will it disappear from the list also?

Nitrous oxide for your Comfort Would it be better to break these services up into individual pages? I was thinking I would because then I could add more pictures and expand on the topic and try to get an "A" grade on each page. I'm not sure how I could rank a page if I have 35 services listed on the page. That would be an awfully big H1! Suggestions?0 -

Page title structure?
From an SEO and user perspective what structure do you recommend for page titles. For example (given that they shouldn't ideally be more than 70 characters) :- Keywords (maybe two or three) | Company Name | more keywords I understood the best place for the company name was about second place. Is this now the considered view taking into consideration 'branding' which has been flagged up as the way forward. Keywords are separated by the vertical bar | - any thoughts? For 'house keeping' pages such as Privacy Policy - should this be optmised or simply stated as 'privacy policy' Thanks
