Suggestion: Moz Domain Authority should take disavow into account
-
Since Moz is trying to predict how Google ranks your site, and Google claims to take the disavow file into account, I'd like to suggest that Moz allow webmasters to upload their disavow file. I imagine this data would be useful to Moz in determining Domain Authority (they may even think of other ways to use it and might even help come to a conclusion on the great debate) and it gives a chance for sites to improve their Moz DA when they are bombarded by spammy links.
I'd love to hear the community's thoughts on this idea, as well as the what Wizards of Moz have to say.

Hi There,
I hope all is well in the world and you are enjoying a spectacular day! In this case I would recommend updating our feature request forum at https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/23027762-Disavow-upload-for-OSE. Our amazing engineers and developers will peruse through the forums and if there is enough traction we will do what we can to implement it.
As an aside I can see why that'd be really useful, but Google doesn't guarantee they pay attention to disavow requests. Hopefully with a little bit more love this suggestion can be a big step forward for Moz and the community!
In the meantime if you have any questions please let me know and I would be more than happy to share my two cents.:)
Have an excellent day and may the rankings be ever in your favor.

Good take, EGOL. Regardless it'd be interesting to have a disavow tool that parses some data even based on a theoretical disavow list. I guess it'd be the opposite of the competitive link finder, i.e. you put the list of links in the tool then see how the competition and your sites DA, PA, DT, PT change based on not counting the disavowed links.
Cool initial concept Yair. Thumbs up to both of ya.

I think that is a very interesting idea. If everyone everywhere uploaded their disavow files then it might bring Moz metrics into better alignment with what Google is probably using.
The problem is, that very few people will bother uploading their disavow to Moz.or even want to upload it. So, anyone who uploads a disavow might look synthetically puny in the metrics in comparison to the rest of the world.
Some people use the Moz metrics as a way to track their personal progress. Other people use Moz metrics to compare their own site with their competitors' sites. Unknown disavow numbers might make these uses of Moz metrics less meaningful.
I think that Moz cooks a bit more info into the Moz metrics than raw link data. So, it would be interesting to hear the thoughts of someone who knows a lot about the Moz recipe.

Does MozPro SiteCrawl provide info on structured data for my domain?
I'd like to verify via SiteCrawl that my structured data is set up throughout my website/domain. Does the MozPro SiteCrawl look for this? I have seen reference to schema.org on some of my random ecommerce product pages, but that's all I know. Thanks.

Should I exclude prepositions in tracked keywords of moz analytics?
I'm new to Moz. Just set up my trial campaign, and it had suggested many keywords. Many of the phrases that were suggested do not contain prepositions. For example, instead of something like "sporting good stores in Chicago" it suggested "sporting good stores Chicago" Today, I looked at the on-page optimization suggestions, which are (of course) suggesting that I remove prepositions from my page to rank well. Well, as you know, that is unnatural to the reader. But I suspect people are searching in higher volume, leaving the prepositions out. I know that if I were to search for a sporting goods store in Chicago, I would probably leave out "in." What should I do? Should I remove all the suggested keywords, and make them readable (which people are less like using in their search?) Do I go back to all my pages and try to optimize it for a keyword that is natural, but does not include a preposition (such as Chicago sporting goods stores) or should I be doing something else?

Moz Conversion Tracking
Is there a place here on Moz where goals and conversions can be set up or viewed? If the latter, does Moz just take the data from Analytics? Any information on this would be appreciated. Thanks,

Moz reporting appropriate Canonical tag usage but no canonical tag on page !?
I take it this means that the page in question has been referenced via a different pages canonical tag but that the page in question itself does not have a self referencing canonical tag (and that it should do) cheers dan

Link Metrics API: sort by domain authority not working?
I’m trying to make calls to the Link Metrics API (via the Linkscape gem); queries that set sorting to :page_authority work, but queries that set it to :domain_authority return Unrecognized API method: 'links/page_to_domain.domain_authority' Unrecognized API method: 'links/page_to_page.domain_authority' Meanwhile, Open Site Explorer happily sorts by domain authority. How should I query the Link Metrics API to get results sorted by domain authority?
