OnPage Grader isnt working

I cannot get the onpage grader to work , I have been trying for a few weeks now
Can you advise, I see - Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible.
I have tried many Websites and all return the same Message

HI Adam,
Do you have rogerbot blocked in your robots.txt? If the site is http://www.partydomain.co.uk I am having trouble connecting to it from my workplace, do you have any IP ranges blocked? I can get to it through a proxy but not directly.
It looks like it may not just be me, see this ping test

On-Page Grader "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible."
We have a new client with a squarespace page. http://www.mountainhouseestate.com The Moz On-Page grader returns the error "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible." for all pages. Possibly related, Google seems to hate their site. Even a search for "mountain house estate" returns lousy results. Bing/Yahoo has no problem with it.

It is possible the crawler is caught in the firewall. Any idea what I need to have whitelisted?

On Page Grader Changed?
Hi, Could anyone tell me if the on page grader has changed? I remember seeing 8 boxes at the top but now i'm only seeing 6... Before I remember seeing a H2-H4 and a Strong/B Box? Thanks

On Page Grader can't access my URLs
HI- I am trying to grade some specific pages for keywords with the on page grader but it keeps telling me "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible. " I can reach them via the browser and they are not https. Any thoughts? Here is a sample: www.bulkcandystore.com/kosher-candy Any help is appreciated. Ken

I see that On-Page Grader reports include a numerical number such as the following: Keyword Usage for audio book gift certificates = 15 I improved this page (http://www.audiobooksonline.com/audio-book-audiobook-gift-certificates.html) from 3 to 15 today. What is the maximum "grade" possible?
