How google find, if google + likes were fake? Is there any negative effects of it? For example, I have 300 google accounts, can I manually make likes?

Hi,
You've heard it over and over again. It's not worth it! Google has been very focused on authoritativeness for websites. You're probably better off finding one person with a decent article amount and shares with "author" tags than to have 300 nobodys liking it with nothing backing them.

Even if google can't find out, I think its loosing your time.

I imagine they have a variety of ways. If they're like most social media channels, they'd probably look at things like:
- who and where the +1's came from
- are you connected with them on other social media channels
- do you hang in the same circles
- how active are the connected accounts
- what kinds of thing do they post and engage with
- are the accounts verifiable
- do they have a profile photo
- is it purchased or real
- who else they associate with online.

If you create 300 google accounts to like yourself with the same IP, for sure google will notice it. You could use proxies but you may need to ask your self following:

We got 10,000 facebook likes overnight from people in another country. WHY? How do I get rid of them?

Google Play rankings?
Hi everyone, I've spent the last hour or two googling information on Google Play app rankings, and a few websites mention that standard pagerank of the app page is taken into account when calculating rankings. This seems to make sense, though I'd estimate it's probably not a large factor, with daily downloads being a much higher factor IMO. So my question is, how much of a factor does standard link-building for a Google Play app webpage have in the rankings?. We're trying to increase exposure of an app we've built (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.onedirection), and though we seem to have more downloads, reviews and +1's than others, we seem to be ranking beneath them. Finding authoritative sources on Google+ - is there a tool?
I'm looking for a way to find authoritative sources on Google+ on certain subjects. I define an authoritative source as someone who is in a lot of people's circles, and the content they curate gets shared, +1, and commented a lot. The subjects are variable, but for an example: What's the best way to find authoritative sources on Google+ on the subject of auto technology. Does anyone know of a tool that can do this?

Facebook "like" discrepancy
This is a pretty stupid question sorry, but hopefully it is easy to resolve: Both OSE and Woorank list our site as having 17 Facebook likes. The Facebook icon on the page shows 92 likes.
