My website is lonestarperio.com, I am loosing my website ranking, Is SEO agency doing any black hat SEO or doing anything wrong to my website?

It all looks okay from here too. It looks like you could do some more link building (it looks like you have 4 sites linking to you), and definitely try and get some more Google reviews (again, you have only 4--try to get 10), and keep producing quality content for your website (3 tips on taking to your kids about getting braces...or whatever it is you do ;-).
You're in a competitive space, in a big market! You're doing well, keep it up.

Can you elaborate? Sometimes people panic if their rankings drop for a single week, other times there are legitimate problems.
- What is the time frame for the drop?
- What keywords dropped?
- Did traffic or conversions drop as well?
- Was there a website redesign or change to the structure of the site during this period?
- What has your SEO company been telling you they are doing?

You can never be certain but few things i saw.
no fav icon its blank again it might be something or nothing i kinda trust sites a bit more when it shows
date is 2014 on the bottom where 2015 now freshness factor
5th or 6th result for you shows a scam report for you at 76% and it has been run pretty recent
again could be something or nothing
yelp reviews are pretty old and your site has the word i maybe a nice review would pick you up a little.
just a few ideas can't see anything to bad.

Doesnt look like there is anything bad going on - if you search for "austin periodontist star" your site comes up #1.
How many rankings have you lost? Could just be that someone else is doing better work. Do you have access to Google Webmaster tools?

What should I do if same content ranked twice or more on Google?
I have a Bangla SEO related blog where I have written article like "Domain Selection" "SEO Tools" "MOZ" etc. All the article has been written in Bengali language. I have used wp tag for every post. I have submit xml site map generated by Yoast SEO. However I kept "no index" for category. I know well duplicate content is a major problem for SEO. Length for ranking, is it keyword dependant ?
Is the time it takes to rank keyword dependant ? in other word does it take more time for a page to rank on a keyword that has 5000 request a month than for a page to rank on a keyword that has 50 requests a month ?

Google Flux in Rankings Or Something More Serious
Hi all, Two weeks ago i noticed that one of our pages which normally ranks in the top 5 of search results dropped out of the top 50 results. I checked to make sure there were no Google penalties and checked to make sure the page was crawlable. Everything seemed fine and after a few hours our page went back into the number one position. I assumed it was a Google Flux. This number one ranking lasted about a week, today I see my page has dropped out of the top 50 yet again and hasn't come back up. again there are no penalties and there doesn't seem to be issues with the page. I'm hoping it comes back up to the top by tomorrow. What could be causing such a big dip multiple times?

Site Not Ranking- No Reason Why
I have a client with a HUGE website who should be ranking for it's competitive keywords. No penalties, or bad links. Old domain. Not ranking for anything. Client has a huge AdWords spend and my theory is that it's not ranking organically because of the AdWords spend. I can't think of anything other reason. Anyone? Thanks. The keywords I'm trying to rank this client for aren't even competitive.

Rank drop in June
Since fixing a major duplicate content issue in Dec 2012, our traffic saw steady and dramatic growth through the summer. It has started to settle down now and rankings have started to decline. I have a bad feeling that something is wrong but for the life of me I cannot figure it out. Our Moz rank is pretty high but some of our biggest keywords have gone from #2 to #9 in a fairly short time period which makes me very nervous. I am not even sure where to look at this point. Hi there. I'm SEO expert myself. I am building quality and authority backlinks with branded anchor text. My website has now over 1.5k backlinks with branded anchor text and generic keywords. But my website still not showing in SERPS with my targeted niche or anchor text. Do i need to build backlinks with exact match anchor text if yes then how much? Thanks in advance.

Rankings improvement strategy
I am working on my SEO strategies and though it would be good to get advice from awesome members: Our current rankings are on (Google United States) page 5. Our keywords have high competition and hence we need to follow tight plan. I want to learn some best strategies to get Page 1 rankings and how much time would be required approximately.
