I cannot access open site explorer since past 5 hours although I have signed up for Moz Pro account. Can anybody let us know if there is any issue with the moz tool. TIA

Hi there! The problem with OSE has been resolved. There was a hiccup with the API connection failing to complete requests, but all is well now. Thanks so much for your patience!

Apologies it appears it is down now and Moz is aware of it

I'm also receiving error messages. But my colleague, who's not logged into our premium account, isn't.

Mines seems to be running at the moment.
You could try emailing help@moz.com with the exact issue you are currently having. Also try logging in and out, i had an issue last week and this solved it

How do batched URL metrics work in terms of rows and rate limit?
I am using the free API plan to get URL metrics and batching my calls like this: https://github.com/seomoz/SEOmozAPISamples/blob/master/php/batching_urls_sample.php How does this work in terms of rows and limits? If I do a batch of 10 urls does it count as 1 row? or 10? Do I have to wait 10 seconds before calling the next batch?

Cannot get the API to work when using an EC2 server
Hi I've created a script that I'd like to use to check a list of domains using the Moz API. It works totally fine on my local machine. However, when I run it from my EC2 instance, it fails every time. To be specific, the response is always empty (the response is an empty json array) when the request is sent from EC2. Is, for some reason, EC2 blocked by the Moz API? Many thanks for your help, Andrew

Dates on Opensite Explorer?
Hi All, I was wondering if there is any chance of getting dates out of OpenSiteExplorer, either via the API or the web menu. This would be hugely useful for competitor research to see how strategies were shifting over time, etc, and I can't imagine it would be that difficult on the development end: just time stamp when writting a new link/domain to the database. Any chance I am missing this, or getting this? Brian
