Keyword Difficulty Popup

This evening, when using Chrome and the Moz toolbar, I noticed something new - a "keyword difficulty" popup appeared below and to the left of the window in which I typed my search term. It took about 20 seconds to populate, but eventually it changed color and displayed a percentage score.
Is this something new you guys are testing?

And yes, I was typing in the nav bar. I saw the button in both places - to the right and below the nav bar.

Very cool Sean. Makes my screen grabs a little redundant just now. Ha. Very handy though for users to have the difficulty right in context of the search results as well. Cheers!

I saw this too, although my version has the "Get Keyword Difficulty" button in green to the right of Google Search. Were you typing in the nav bar?

I hope that all is well and you are having a super amazing day! You are correct that Keyword Analysis has been added to the Moz Bar to provide all of your keyword analysis needs.
Just type the keyword you would like to check out in Google and select the Get Keyword Analysis option. Keyword Volume - as compared to keyword planner and other tools.
Hi in the rankings for my keywords, the monthly range is so much lower than other keyword tools I use, including google keyword planner, semrush and longtail pro (which all match and show a number much higher than Moz). Support said it's because those tools may group like keywords or singular/plural versions where Moz truly separates each term as a separate term, hence more specific and precise. My question is: If google does somewhat group plural/singular and close match keywords, then wouldn’t it not matter anyways - if someone types a close match keyword and my keyword ends up triggering/displaying as if they typed my targeted keyword - then wouldn’t it still fall under the larger number if in the end it works in displaying my website as a result? If google changes search "blue sky" to "sky that is blue", and you get the same ranking for either of those two keywords then in the end does it matter? I'm thrown for a loop as I spent time optimizing my website based on numbers I received from the other tools and now seeing a much lower number for said keywords and possibly a little higher for a different variation of it, I don't know what to do.

What does "Optimal Use of Keywords in Header Tags" really mean?
I get this explanation on the grader: Although using targeted keywords in H1 tags on your page does not directly correlate to high rankings, it does appear to provide some slight value. It's also considered a best practice for accessibility and helps potential visitors determine your page's content, so we recommend it. Over-using keywords, however, can be perceived as keyword stuffing (a form of search engine spam) and can negatively impact rankings, so use keywords in H1 tags two or fewer times. To adhere to best practices in Google News and Bing News, headlines should contain the relevant keyword target and be treated with the same importance as title tags. But I have the keyword in an H1 tag, only once. So why am getting this message on the grader? Keyword Research Using K Explorer for Company with No Competitors
Hello, I'm doing keyword research for vapementors.com I'm trying to use Moz's Keyword Explorer to do keyword research for them, but it's tough. They have no real direct competitors. I typed in a lot of related keywords in KE but couldn't find anything real high traffic. So far I have just gave them a list that I extracted from a bunch of KE results, but they rank for most of them already and there wasn't a lot of insight from my list. What do you suggest? Thanks

What does it mean when Moz KW explorer returns a negative keyword difficulty score (eg -2)?
I recently did a keyowrd difficulty lookup in Moz keyword explorer as usual and for the first time a saw several (out of 100s) of negative keyowrd scores (generally -2). Is this a bug, what does it mean?

In the keyword suggestions of Keyword Explorer, is there a way to switch from paginated results back to results loading on one page? I used to be able to scroll down and have additional results load when I reached the end of the page.

Do exact keyword matches exclude "in", "based" etc?
I am trying to build a landing page for the search term "web design london" and I have included this search term as well as some variations such as "web design in london", "web design based in london" as the content doesn't really read well if I don't put in a connector word (I can't remember what the term for the use of "in" etc is). However I am using the Moz On-Page Grader to make sure I'm dotting every i and crossing every t, but it doesn't seem to pick up on the search term when "in" or "based" is used. Now is this a limitation of the On-Page Grader or should I expect Google and other search engines to not pick up on the search term when it contains these sorts of words?
