Top level domains showing wrong meta tag des in different country

Hi Everyone
I have 3 top level domains - and its showing up my meta tag description in USA and Australia search for my NEW ZEALAND meta tag description. Not sure whats going on, but now that im ranking for all top level domains in those countries it looks weird having a NZ in the Search when its a USA and AUSTRALIA domain name. See the attachments

Thanks for your response! So I managed to update all urls with the correct hreftags and submitted a new sitemap also have used google fetch to index the pages - I went to do a search in australia and it is still showing the new zealand meta tag description can you take a look? Or something I'm doing wrong here?

Seems to be ok now - tested the 3 url's and all are ok (homepage)
Don't forget to update the pages inside the site:
Example: https://www.zenory.com/tarot-readings
Here the hreflang should become
Currently they all point to the homepage.

Thank for that! I have updated it - my developer said he made the mistake of not updated all and have no updated it so hopefully its correct!

The tags are now completely wrong - on the .com version it lists (seems the same on .com.au & the .co.nz)
Not really that technical, but check with your programmer - he must be able to find a way to get this right. The x-default is not that important in your case I guess as you mainly target these 3 markets. If you can't fix it it's better to take them off because now you're sending a very confusing message to Google (for en-us it now has the choice between 3 url's - and for the other languages there is no alternate url mentioned...)

Nope, it's not implemented properly. For your three domains I see the 3 hreflang language specifications is the same "en-us".
You can see this by checking the source code of all of them.

Thanks so much Luis, ill report back to you once iv done the changes and see how it goes - I do remember when were making the changes to the hreflang tags the first time - my developer told me the ruby system was automatically changing back to what is currently showing, could that be possible?

Yes, you are right
Let me tell you that ISO codes normally come represented in lower-case. I am almost sure this is not your problem, since html code is no case sensitive, but it's a good practice!

I looked at he language declarations you pointed out - can you further explain what I have done incorrectly here? The difference I can see is I have used "Capitals" lang='en-NZ**'>** and lang**='en-AU****'>** instead of lang**='en-nz****'>** and lang**='en-au****'>** am I understanding this correctly?

Long story just to confirm that the suggestion of Luis is correct - update the hreflang to
should do the trick. If you want to have one as default for all other languages (suppose you want to show zenory.com as default when the language is not one of the three options, you add:

Important: the tagging needs to be identical on all three sites and needs to be present on all pages (with the correct url of course).
Currently the x-default is different on all three sites which is confusing for Google.

Hi everyone! I have my tough question, hope you'll help with your recommendations! I have a domain for blockchain company (DA 38, 590 linking domains), which started as an ICO project, but rapidly grew to a recognized B2B company with a few B2B clients. What we want is to attract more B2B prospects via Google Search, but the problem is when our prospects google our brand name (which also happens to be our domain, so this domain must be kept) they see mainly ico/crypto SERPs (as the result of ICO ad campaigns, online publicity etc). And they get prejudice towards us and don't trust us in the first place. What we already managed to do is to add some B2B news and links in 1-10 SERPs for our brand name, but still old ones (crypto related don't go so fast). Our management wants our prospects to be able to clearly see the difference between the current company domain (which must be remade to B2B focus only) and the new domain (our token-oriented, since our product is on blockchain). Question: is it possible to do such differentiation in the eyes of Google (and thus our prospects)? if yes, what is the best way to do that? 2 separate domains, not linking to each other or any other way?

Wrong logo on Google Knowledge Panel
We have several different listings & brands on our site and the logo that is being pulled is one of our listings. We have identified the logo through organization structured data as well as provided the "feedback" section with the correct link multiple times. Does anyone know how we can get this resolved?

Changing domain name, witch is better - brand name.com vs keyword + brand name.com?
Hi, I just made one decision and now I'm bit worried, if I did right one. I hope that you can give me feedback and advice regarding it. I'm in hookah market, so I do not have any possibilities to buy adds, so SEO is really-really important to us. I know a lot of things what has to be done to perform better, but currently I have just few really important questions. In international market the main keyword is "hookah" and everything related to that. We are small company and our brand is not that well known and do not have high volume traffic on website. Hookah in front of that we tough will give better understanding to audience about what is the page. Which domain name is better for SEO and also branding purposes? Currently we were using the first one without keyword, no we switched to the second one (just about week ago). https://hekkpipe.com https://hookahhekkpipe.com Regarding it, some really important questions: Would the longer version of domain helps us better rank with important keywords to us or not? When we will write good content, which domain is more likely shared? I'm bit afraid that first one and that we made a mistake changing the domain name. Domain Transition: Moving over paid traffic campaigns first
We're planning a domain name (rebrand) transition, and considering our options. We rely heavily on paid traffic. To reduce risk, we’re considering moving AdWords and Bing Ads over campaign-by-campaign to the new domain first, while organic traffic continues to direct to the old domain. Each of our ad groups has a custom, noindex’d landing page. In order to serve paid traffic, we’d at minimum need a front page, and likely a privacy policy page in addition. Here’s a rough outline of what I think a transition like this might look like: Launch new domain with a simple front page, and privacy policy. Move over ppc landing pages on the new domain (noindex'd, robots.txt) Create new ads in existing ad groups directing to the new domain. Monitor ad groups for some time period to verify sustainability. Once we're satisfied with ppc performance, and planned the rest of the organic page migrations, 301 redirect everything to the new domain. Is there any problems or things we should be concerned about with this approach? I'd think it should be fine, but I've been bitten enough from large-scale redirects in the past, that I know I should be nervous.

Is it OK to choose a Domain Name with Brand-name followed by keyword? Part 2
Last month I have posted a question about choosing the right domain name for a website which is currently popular in india, which also needs to be popular in USA. Two domains for different countries? or one big domain with folders?
I know this might sound as a newbie question or maybe not, here it goes. I've had a client for the past 2 years, and we have accomplish many good things for his local website .com.ve (venezuela). It's been so good that he is opening a branch in Dominican republic .com.do. The content, strategy and even the services are exactly the same, but the owner wants to have different site for each country. Of course he only wants to pay for one domain. I do want to share our success ont the .com.ve with the other domains and he actually owns the "global" domain .com with his brand name. So, what should I reccomend... Develop a second site and start from scratch? Migrate my blog from the .com.ve site to the .com site and give each country a separate folder? /ve /do?. What it's the best scenario for me to have all the traffic we have earned transfer to the global brand and to have separate info for each country... Google Places Zoom level question
One of my clients (a dealership) has 2 google places listings. One for their actual dealership and one for their parts and service dept (they are separate buildings 5-10 mins away from each other). When you search for their name "Westchester Toyota" both in web and maps the only result is for the parts and service building. Both listings are active and verified (and both are in good standings). The weirder part is that if you take that same search in maps "Westchester Toyota" zoom out a few levels and search again Boom both listings appear... Not only that but the main stores listing is places as listing A. I'm wondering if anyone has ever had this issue and has a solution? I believe on the initial search Google is deeming the parts and service listing as the dominant listing (which is why it zooms in so far) but then Google throws me for a loop making the real listing the "A" when you zoom out. Note: The main listing is closer to Westchester, NY. Any insight is appreciated!

Redirecting Domain to Main Domain
I have a site that is rolling out a new "Daily Deals" feature. The feature is found on MyBrandName.com/daily-deals. Would it hurt or help to buy the domain main MyBrandNameDeals.com and redirect it to the initial URL above? I think branding the feature itself could help because it is separate from the rest of the site, but if people bookmark/link to the new domain (MyBrandNameDeals.com), I will lose some of the link juice in the redirect. Are there pros that would outweigh possibly loosing some link juice from the redirect?
