Ratings Snippets Gone? ( Help! )

Hello
We had good traffic from ratings ( stars ) . I have added Offer details in the rich snippets in various currencies - the snippet testing tool likes it , but for some reason the stars on my site have completely dissapeared and been gone for almost a week. I need the offer information in there for google shopping automatic updates and google told me that it's implemented correctly for the shopping part.. but I really don't know what to do about this.
Any ideas why would be really appreciated.

Thanks. Realistically the Currency specific pages are purely for google shopping to verify the right price corresponds with their experience - so I didn't really need to have offers in the page.
My workaround was to remove the offers in multi currencies for regular page and only show the offers when a currency was selected. Snippets ( stars ) have returned

I would make sure you read into Google's Categorize parameters with the URL Parameters page and make sure that canonical tags are to the proper pages. This will helps crawlers better understand the content so you don't have duplicate content issues.
Are you only an Australian site? Or do you do business all over world?

yes - sorry , had a brainwave this morning.. I put the offers in conditionally only if there is a ?cur=aud parameter in the URL. that way there are 2 scenarios:

Organic Listings = no currency parameters so no offers shown

Google Shopping , forces cur=aud parameter in the URL so offers ( pricing ) and availability is available to google shopping
I re-submitted .that page about 6 hours ago via webmaster tools .. so fingers crossed. If there is any reason why you think it wouldn't display snippets for ratings let me know ( I know google change things ALL the time

My product category pages are not being indexed on google can someone help?

Featured Snippet
My website ranks well for several keyphrases (in the form of a questions) in positions 1-3. However, my site will not show up for featured snippets even when I force the options with [site:example.com question?]. Other sites show up in the answer box, but never mine. A side note is that the website has shown up for related queries before, but just not featured snippets. What is my site missing that disallows these snippets?

301 redirect on Windows IIS. HELP!
Hi My six-year-old domain has always existed in four forms: http://www**.**mydomain.com/index.html http://mydomain.com/index.html http://mydomain.com/ http://www.mydomain.com My webmaster claims it’s “impossible” to do a 301 redirect from the first three to the fourth. I need simple instructions to guide him. The site’s hosted on Windows running IIS Here’s his rationale: These are all the same page, so they can’t redirect to themselves. Index.html is the default page that loads automatically if you don’t specify a page. If I put a redirect into index.html it would just run an infinite redirect loop. As you can see from the IIS set up, both www.mydomain and mydomain.com point to the same location ( VIEW IMAGE HERE ) _Both of these use index.html as the default document ( VIEW IMAGE 2 HERE ) _

How can a page be top rated for a phrase it does not have?
Hi, While looking to buy a Christmas gift to my wife I was searching for yellow diamonds. Being a bit familiar with SEO I gotta understand how the following page was ranked 4th for "yellow diamonds": http://www.bluenile.com/diamonds/fancy-color-diamonds The phrase yellow diamonds is not mentioned even once! Google Recon Request 4 Failed - This is crazy. HELP!
We run a niche website selling sunglasses at www.aluminumeyewear.com. I've been trying to resolve a 'Failed Quality Guidelines' message since May. My 4th recon request has just failed and I've exhausted all changes that I believe I need to make. I rely on this site to pay my bills etc so obviously I really need to get this resolved. I would be grateful if someone from Google could actually point out whats wrong instead of an unhelpful auto response.Steps taken.1. Rewrote content as it was a bit thin. Recon failed.2. Removed old products that couldn't be reached from every page. Recon failed.3. Submitted back link audit and added 'sitemap' link to footer. Recon Failed.4. Removed 40+ old urls that existed from old Yahoo! store (didn't realize they still existed). Recon failed.I felt sure #4 would resolve the issue so feeling pretty low right now that it didn't. That being said doing a site:aluminumeyewear.com it looks like I missed one of them which was http://www.aluminumeyewear.com/demora/black/, however it just returns a 404 which would seem harsh to penalize me for.The only other pages that I can think of are some dynamic pages that the store uses to create reviews such as:www.aluminumeyewear.com/product-reviews-add.aspx?product=2www.aluminumeyewear.com/resize.aspxI'm pretty sure that the reviews page is blocked via robots txt. The resize.aspx is a blank page with javascript as its needed by the PowerReviews Express system to work, and many many merchants use that platform so it would be hard to think its that.Thanks in advance.

Conversion Rate Optimisation - advice before seeking out a specialist
Hello! I have a site I've been working on for a lovely client, a small business start up since Christmas. The site has a very simple layout, is ranking well and maintaining its positions, has solid social media, is receiving enough traffic and ranking for a number of terms. The problem is - conversions! The site just isn't converting. I have spoken with a few peers who have said advanced CRO will be too much for me to learn in terms of Psychology of Buying, learning about colors, fonts etc. I understand meta descriptions for example are something that I can do, I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on any other basic CRO techniques I could apply to the site before going to a specialist. Help with canonical tag
