On Page Optimization Limit?

Is there a limit to the number that I can track and monitor? Is that why some of these don't have names?

Thanks for writing us and this is a bit tricky. While there is not much in the way of a hard and fast limit, one does exist. After reviewing the campaign in the screen capture the good news is that you are nowhere near the limit. In this case it looks like the these URL/pages were added fairly recently, so they may take about a week to populate. Unsolved Almost every new page become Discovered - currently not indexed
Almost every new page that I create becomes Discovered - currently not indexed. It started a couple of months ago, before that all pages were indexed within a couple of weeks. Now there are pages that have not been indexed since the beginning of September. From a technical point of view, the pages are fine and acceptable for a Google bot. The pages are in the sitemap and have content. Basically, these are texts of 1000+ or 2000+ words. I've tried adding new content to pages and even transferring content to a new page with a different url. But in this way, I managed to index only a couple of pages. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Our client changed their domain name. Can we replace without losing the data for the old domain in MOZ ? We are at our campaign limit would the old domain count as a campaign?

Multiple campaigns for similar pages
Hello, Moz family! I am fairly new to the SEO game, so this question may be irrelevant. Here is a little context to begin; the business I am serving has an overview page (see below), which I have started a campaign for. On the overview page, there are 10 different links that can take the user to a specific page. It is hard to gather rankings for these keywords because there are so many different pages we link to. I guess what I am asking is, is the only way to gauge keywords across multiple pages is to start multiple campaigns? I hope this makes sense, but if I need to clarify more please let me know! With the new update on the Page Optimization all my previous page scores and rankings are not longer showing up. Why?
Since the page optimization tab has updated all my previous page scores and rankings are no longer there. But if I am looking at the pages on the dashboard tab, they show up. When in the page optimization tab and try to click on a page to see the ranking, score, and tips to improve, it doesn't show any data. The page is almost blank. What happened and how do I fix it?

Are the on page report cards graded according to the keywords associated with your campaign only?
One of the key phrases I have associated with my campaign is Las Vegas wedding venues. I have an on-page report card grade D for a page I am optimizing for the long tail key phrase outdoor wedding venues in Las Vegas. Some of the issues I am being asked to fix are:

1. Broad Keyword Usage in Page Title: Employ the keyword in the page title, preferably as the first words in the element.
2. Keyword Usage in URL
3. Appropriate Keyword Usage in H1 Tag Should I disregard these fixes because Moz.com is running these report as if I am optimizing for Las Vegas wedding venues as oppose to outdoor wedding venues in Las Vegas? All help is appreciated!! Thank you so much 😃0
