Why only a few pages of my website are being indexed by google
-
Our website www.navisyachts.com has in its sitemap over 3000 pages of information, and this is all unique content written by our team. Now Google Webmaster central shows only 100 urls indexed from 3500 submitted.
Can you help me understand why and how I can fix this issue?
The website has 4 years old, is a Joomla 3.3 up to date. It has part of the content in the Joomla core content systems and part in K2.
Thank you.

Hi Dirk,
Thanks so much, I will focus my efforts on speed, to try to make the website faster. the problem we have is that is a very visual website and we use large images as it is the purpose of the company, they are very optimized but I will look if I can compress them even more. Anyway I will start first with optimizing the code and the issue with the HTTP and HTTPS.
Thanks.

Hi,
I think performance might be the main issue for your site. Check the pagespeed insights for desktop & mobile - it took the server 3.7s (!) to react. The result on Webpagetest.org is even worse 12.5s time to first byte. As you can read in this article - time to first byte seem to have a correlation with the ranking of the site. Check if your server is properly configured & sized. With these load times it's quite possible that Google refuses to index your heaviest pages as they offer a degraded user performance. Another reason could be that Google bot is not going to waste it's time waiting for your server to respond when crawling your pages.
There are some other quick wins here - compress your code, optimize images, use caching, combine css & js files, ... can all help to improve the overall performance of your pages - check these articles from Google.
A second issue is the duplicate content you have on the site - each page seems to exist in a http & https version - better to keep one & redirect the other one to the chosen version (I imagine you would want to redirect the http to the https version)
Hope this helps,
Dirk

Page Speed or Site Speed which one does Google considered a ranking signal
I've read many threads online which proves that website speed is a ranking factor. There's a friend whose website scores 44 (slow metric score) on Google Pagespeed Insights. Despite that his website is slow, he outranks me on Google search results. It confuses me that I optimized my website for speed, but my competitor's slow site outperforms me. On Six9ja.com, I did amazing work by getting my target score which is 100 (fast metric score) on Google Pagespeed Insights. Coming to my Google search console tool, they have shown that some of my pages have average scores, while some have slow scores. Google search console tool proves me wrong that none of my pages are fast. Then where did the fast metrics went? Could it be because I added three Adsense Javascript code to all my blog posts? If so, that means that Adsense code is slowing website speed performance despite having an async tag. I tested my blog post speed and I understand that my page speed reduced by 48 due to the 3 Adsense javascript codes added to it. I got 62 (Average metric score). Now, my site speed is=100, then my page speed=62 Does this mean that Google considers page speed rather than site speed as a ranking factor? Can I redo my submitted sitemap to Google?
We are a electronic hardware manufacture with a fairly large catalog of products. I dynamically built our site and we have over 705,000 unique products that we can offer. With our php framework I was able to create sitemaps that hold every product unique url. After doing all of that I submitted our data to Google. Then waited with a cocktail encouraged that we'd grow up the ranks of Google organically. Well, that didn't happen. Besides several other problems (lack of overall unique content, appearance of duplicate content, no meta description, no unique page titles, poor use of heading tags and no rel canonical tags) how can I get a "do-over" with Google and my submitted sitemaps? Can they be re-submitted? Can they even be deleted?

Google Analytics not Working on all pages despite many attempts
Hey gang, So this problem has been going on for months. None of our landing pages track, but all of our blog pages do. I've tried GA plugins, (we are on wordpress) and just now even put the code in the theme header script. Still to no avail. I just checked right now, and the blog pages have the global GA code, but now I noticed not even the home page has the code! Could it be something to do with my theme? I tried to pay a guy on upwork to fix but he couldn't fix it either. Thank you for you help!

No-indexed pages are still showing up as landing pages in Google Analytics
Hello, My website is a local job board. I de-indexed all of the job listing pages on my site (anything that starts with http://www.localwisejobs.com/job/). When I search site:localwisejobs.com/job/, nothing shows up. So I think that means the pages are not being indexed. When I look in Google Analytics at Acquisition > Search Engine Optimization > Landing Pages, none of the job listing pages show up. But when I look at Acquisition > Channels > Organic and then click Landing Page as the primary dimension, the /job pages show up in there. Why am I seeing this discrepency in Organic Landing pages? And why would the /job pages be showing up as landing pages even though they aren't indexed?

Visits from Google with ccTLD are showing as referrals
Hi!I was seeing on of my clients Analytics report and it shows that some of the main sites that send visits and get tagged as referral traffic are google.com.br, google.cl, google.com.ar, among others. Do you know why is this happening? Shouldn't they get tagged by default as organic?
