Moz Local Not Accepting Full Address
-
Hi,
So we've just purchased the Agency version of Moz Local and decided to submit our agency first. Moz pulls addresses from Google and Facebook, both of which have the correct address for our business. However, when I search for our agency on Moz Local, a line from our address is missing. Moz doesn't allow you edit most of the address for spam reasons, but it lets you enter a manual 'Address Line 2', which is perfect as that's what's missing.... Unfortunately, it appears this has a very low character limit and it only accepts two of the three words in the address - 'Teesside Industrial' instead of 'Teesside Industrial Estate'!
For local SEO, your address needs to be perfectly consistent across every single directory... so how do I overcome this if Moz won't allow me to enter our correct address?
Cheers,
Lewis

Perfect, thank you!

Hi Lewis,
Good news! Our engineers have implemented a fix to increase the character limit in the second address line for UK businesses. Please try again. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Lewis,
Just an update to let you know that our engineers are now looking into this matter. I'll be sure to update you as soon as I hear back from them.

Hey Lewis,
This is the first time I've seen the character limit be an issue. Let me bring this over to our engineers for feedback. I'll come back to you. Sorry for the trouble. Not sure we'll be able to fix this, but I will definitely ask.

Unsolved can I set up a white-labeled version of Moz local
I am wondering if Moz Pro account users have the option to set up a white-labeled version of the Moz Local Listings Checker? And if so, how? It would be an excellent tool to entice customers to sign up for our services.

Using Moz Local for Two Businesses / Two Websites but One Building
I'd like to use Moz Local for two of my clients who share a space. The first one is an independent tattoo artist, who operates inside a larger tattoo shop. Both the tattoo shop and this individual artist have websites, and they'd both like me to optimize for local search. Will this be a problem using Moz Local to add both businesses? I will buy two different Moz Local subscriptions for them, but I don't want one business to override the other since they're inside the same address. Thanks!

Effect of Moz Local
Hi I'm pretty new to all of this so please be gentle! I've been subscribed to Moz Local for a little over a year and my ratings seem to be stuck at an overall score of 82% and an accuracy score of 87% and I just can't seem to get into the Top 3 local searches with competitors from further away outranking me. Moz Local has been consistently showing Factual, Bing, Hotfrog, Thomson Local & Central Index all showing no address entered. I've been in and put this in myself but no change? Right now my score is showing as 59% with a number incomplete and other unable to be contacted. I have found that, even though the address is entered in a consistent way, that it gets interpreted differently, sometimes leaving out the County, sometimes, the village. I've started going through the "Ultimate Local SEO Audit" and have completed Phase 1 on Google My Business. Pretty much everything looks in order there and the only real change was associating a domain email address with the ownership rather than the old gmail one. I've started to go through Phase 2 and haven't seen anything new there yet. What am I missing? Or, are the Moz Local scores fairly respectable? How can I get real consistency in NAP and why does it seem to take so long for Moz Local to make any changes ..... if/ when they do? And, if everything is as you would expect, why am I failing to get in the top 3 when I have more and better review than anyone within 30 - 40 miles?

How long do Facebook and Google pages have to be published before Moz can verify them?
Hi there. I've checked the forums and have seen similar questions, but couldn't find an answer in them. I have a listing that I imported from my Google My Business account, but it comes up as unverified for both Facebook and Google. Both pages exist, but have only been published for about 3 weeks. Both sites contain the accurate business information and are the appropriate types of pages, so the best I can determine from what I've read in the other posts is that "newly" published Facebook and Google pages may not be able to be verified by Moz Local. So the question is, what is considered "newly published"? The Facebook business page is: https://www.facebook.com/JTBentonConsulting/ The Google+ page is: https://plus.google.com/b/114469171569907148968/+JTBentonConsultingAdamstown?pageId=114469171569907148968&hl=en The name registered for Google My Business is: J T Benton Consulting - Mobile Notary Public Any ideas?

Q: At what point in time should I submit a "corrected" NAP to MOZ Local in the process of cleaning up NAP in the directory ecosystem?
1- Can I submit a "corrected" NAP to Moz Local and trust that all the incorrect info in the entire directory ecosystem will get corrected? If the answer is yes, how long would this take? 2- Should I change the incorrect NAP listings in the "other" directories that MOZ doesn't have an agreement with, before I submit a "corrected" NAP to MOZ.? Thanks for the info:-)

Linking Google Business Page to Moz Local?
I'm working on updating an existing Moz Local account, and one of the listings says that there is "No listing found on Google." However, there is a Google Business page for this listing, it just isn't linked to my account. And the only option Moz gives me is to "create listing" on Google, which takes me to the page to create a Google business listing. So my question is this: how do I link an existing Google Business page to a Moz local listing that is already mostly set up?

MOZ Local
Does moz local include a yelp listing? Is there a page that accurately describes all the local directories MOZ local connects with? Is MOZ local a better solution compared to Yext?
