Meta Robots index & noindex Both Implemented on Website

I don't want few of the pages of website to get indexed by Google, thus I have implemented meta robots noindex code on those specific pages.
Due to some complications I am not able to remove meta robots index from header of every page
Now, on specific pages I have both codes 'index & noindex' implemented.
Question is: Will Google crawl/index pages which have noindex code along with index code?

Difficult to tell how long it will take before it's completely removed (Google is never very clear on how long it takes). If it's urgent you could use the url removal tool :https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en

Thanks Dirk, I believe my question is answered.
However, the concern as of now is these pages are being fetched when we try Fetch as Google Bot in Google Webmaster Tools.
Noindex tag were implemented on specific pages on 5th Oct & and last date of cache is 3rd Oct 2015.
I wonder when these pages will be removed from Google Index. -
No they will not be indexed. Check: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.be/2007/03/using-robots-meta-tag.html:
If content values conflict, we will use the most restrictive. So, if the page has these meta tags:
We will obey the NOINDEX value.

Correct robots.txt for WordPress
Hi. So I recently launched a website on WordPress (1 main page and 5 internal pages). The main page got indexed right off the bat, while other pages seem to be blocked by robots.txt. Would you please look at my robots file and tell me what‘s wrong? I wanted to block the contact page, plugin elements, users’ comments (I got a discussion space on every page of my website) and website search section (to prevent duplicate pages from appearing in google search results). How does the suggested website functionality work in Safari?

NOINDEX, FOLLOW on product page - how about images indexing?
Hi, Since we have a lot of similar products with duplicate descriptions, I decided to NOINDEX, FOLLOW most of these different variants which have duplicate content. However, I guess it would be useful in marketing terms if Google image search still listed the images of the products in image search. How does the image search of Google actually work - does it read the NOINDEX on the product page and therefore skip the image also or is the image search completely dependent on the ALT tag of any image found on our site? URL Domain Used in Meta Description
Today I was asked if using a domain url in your meta description can have a negative impact on your website. This description includes a list of the homepage url, but directs visitors to a different internal page of the website. My concern fell with directing visitors to a different page of the site, but promoting the homepage in the description/snippet. With Penguin 2.1 release on the 4th, I'm very cautious of my links/urls. What are your thoughts behind this? What are the possible, if any negative impacts this could have on a site? This URL does have a brand name as so the Title.

The page is missing meta language information.
Hi, I saw my website have a problem about meta language, I do some search and found that I need to add on the , with 'll' is language code and 'cc' is country code. But I am confused what should I do, because my website is world wide, not launch at specific any language and country. Please give me an advice in this case. Thanks,

Meta descriptions
Whats the deal with the date at the start of the meta descriptions? I have not really looked into this but I'm guessing its a blog thing? Is there a way to remove this? Thanks in advance
