Why there is a big gap between MOZ and Google Analytics Keyword Ranking for my website?
-
Hello everyone,
I've just started a SEO project and I'm very new in the field. Well, I tried to select the most interesting Keywords for my website. When I checked out what the current ranking for each one was, I noticed that between Google and MOZ, figures are totally different.
For example, for the word "channel manager":
-
on Google Analytics: #2
-
on MOZ: not in the top 50
I know that for Google Analytics, these numbers are average (12 months). But it cannot explain such a huge gap.
Do you have an explanation for that? And also does that mean that I can't trust Google (really?). Because I also did some analysis with Google figures: Monthly searches, Competition...
Thanks for you help! Happy Christmas,
Floriane.

Could you send your question to help@moz.com so that we can take a look at your campaign and see why this might be happening?
Thanks!

Is there an automated way to import Keyword Rank Tracker data in Google Data Studio?
I am creating an SEO Dashboard in Google Data Studio.

While it's easy to import data from Google Search Console, I have troubles in importing data from Mozzarellas tools. I thought about uploading a CSV file with the ranking to a Google Sheet Document, but I cannot find a way to do this at regular intervals with manual intervention.0 -
How do you choose a country when uploading a keyword list into Keyword Explorer?
Hi There, I'v been exploring keywords in the Keyword Explorer search bar and changing the Google country via the dropdown (very useful). But now that I'm uploading lists via CSV, I can't figure out how to change the country - see screenshot attached. I think I've just wasted a bunch of monthly queries because the lists created via .csv are all for the wrong country! Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers Ben upload-keywords.jpg?dl=0

Keyword Difficulty Search Engine Selection
I'm using the Keyword Difficulty tool. The results generated are Bing search engine results, even though I have selected Google for the search engine. I cannot get this feature to work, and I've tried it in both Chrome and Firefox. What's going on here...??

My product pages have no weight / links from root domains with the Moz tool bar
Hi, When I view my home page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk) with the Moz toolbar, I see a good PA and a good amount of links from root domains. As I go down the site, it seems to get worse. The category pages (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Category/0/Straight_Foods.html) have a little but not much and then from this point onwards, it's nothing. The product page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods~Sunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html) is reporting to have no root domain links but I am not sure why. Interestingly, when I click through to a review page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/StockReview/0/SUNH/0/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html) it does have some juice. Would anyone be able help on why this is happening and what I need to be looking at in order to resolve it please? EDIT: I've been looking at the hyperlinks and notice something odd. If I review the score with the first link below, it gives a score of 1, but the second gives a PA of 13 with one root domain linked. 1:http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods~Sunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html 2:http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods%7ESunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html Please note the "%7E" instead of the "~" in the URL. The browser appears to show the ~ character no matter what but the rank of the page changes. I don't understand what the Moz toolbar is doing with this. Note: This behaviour only happens in Mozilla Firefox, in chrome both the rankings are zero for each URL. Many Thanks.

How is this possible, Keyword Difficulty tool has some problems
Hello guys, I have some concerns or misunderstanding. If I am about to look for [software development] using Google first, it shows that the Exact match for the keyword is 16,574, then I choose Bing and I had the same number 16,574. Yahoo is the showing the same figure. Do I miss something in here or this tool doesn't work? odd_zps2388b5a9.png

Moz.com Report a Problem or Provide Feedback
Two things. First, I could not find exactly where to report an issue or provide feedback about the website. I don't need to contact about Moz Analytics or any other products. I just want to provide feedback about the Moz Blog. I think it would be nice to be able to report an issue or provide feedback to "Roger" and have that item sent to the appropriate department for review. A lot of websites tend to use "webmaster@example.com" for this, but anything would work. My suggestion is to offer a feedback form on the Contact Moz page. Second, the issue I wanted to report has to do with blog comments. I left a comment early this morning and, with me being on Central Time and the timestamp for comments using Seattle local time, I was surprised to see that my comment had been posted "2 hours ago" immediately after I clicked "Submit." I presume this text is dynamic and that, in Seattle, you see "seconds ago" or something but, being in Wisconsin, I see "2 hours ago." This is confusing mainly because I have no idea how long ago other comments may have been posted. P.S. There isn't a question category for the Moz Blogs so I am choosing Moz - Other Research Tools. I view the blogs as a Product Moz provides so maybe adding "Moz - Blogs" to the Moz Product Help list of categories would be appropriate.
