Google.com showing as backlink provider in Webmaster Tools?

Hi Everyone
Looking in the 'Links to your site' section of webmaster tools today and my top backlinking domain is google.com which is apparently giving me 113 links.
The second top referring site is googleapis.com which apparently isn't even a site when I type it into my browser?
Does anyone else get Google.com as a site linking to them? and why would Google be linking to us, where would these links be coming from?
Any info appreciated

Ahh yes! I've found it now, forgot I could click on the links to get more info, thought it would just take me to the site.
Turns out most of them are coming from Google Plus which kinda makes sense now.

I get lots of links from Google sites, orkut, productforums, groups, plus, app
If you drill down you can get the details.

Redirecting broken backlink to my site
Hello guys, I found an expired domain with inbound links from 41 different root domains, almost all of them from relevant sources. I have 2 ideas in my mind: A) I am thinking about buying this expired domain and place a 301 redirect to a post in my blog who talks about a similar subject.Relevance: let's say the content of the expired domain is about "horses wallpapers" and the content of my site is about "horse transport". Not the same, but a post in my blog could talk about "top 10 horse wallpapers". Do you see what I mean? B) Contact all the webmasters with broken links, alert them and expect they are nice and place a nice link to the post in my blog talking about "top 10 horse wallpapers". What do you think? Should I take A or B? Any other idea? I added a picture with the Domain Rank of the broken links 🙂 Thanks a lot !!! Luis V1LZBC3

Backlink lag time or not indexed?
I've looked through a few questions relating to backlinks not showing up in Open Site Explorer and I've got the same problem. I want to understand whether my backlinks aren't showing in SEOmoz due to a lag time (some say 5 - 8weeks) or because google hasn't indexed them.

Backlinks From Scraper Sites - Should I Disavow Them?
I'm going through all the links (hopefully) to my website and I've found so many links from site scrapers. For instance: http://www.fzccg.com/cmsteam/dvbbs/boke.asp?zkhod76681.showtopic.148760.html ... which links to my site with anchor text "abercrombie uk How To Change Your Wiper Blades" It is surely not realistic to think that I can contact all the scraper site owners. So what should I do with this kind of links?

Bing and Google Showing Different Backlinks In WMT
I'm trying to get my head around this one as I have been diligently building good quality backlinks to my website over the past 8 weeks. I'm particularly proud of the several PR7s and PR8s I got through credible service reviews, however I notice some of these links show up in Google and others in Bing WMT - but not both!! Clearly I would like credit from both SE for all the links I have achieved. Is it just a waiting game for one to catch up with the other (Bing is ahead on the higher PRs)? Is there a way to submit the list of backlinks to the SEs so I can get the credit from both? Any insight would be appreciated...

What to do about bad backlinks hurting authority?
My site has many backlinks from 208.109.47.246/* and go.diaodou.com/* which have low authority. The 208.109.47.246 I believe is my godaddy IP and I don't know why I have the diadou links. Is there anything I can do about these links other than building other more reputable links? Could switching hosts or going to a dedicated IP solve the 208.109.47.246 issue? Adding to intl versions of Google?
I ran the SEOmoz Competitive Link Finder tool for my URL and 5 of my competitors. The #1 result (where 3 of my competitors are listed but I'm not) is google.com.sg. Here's the URL where they are listed: http://www.google.com.sg/alpha/Top/Business/Investing/Derivatives/Options/Research_and_Analysis/ All 5 of us are US-based companies. Why would 3 of them be listed in the Singapore version of Google but not me? Is it common practice to add your URL to all local versions of Google, or should submission to the main google.com be enough?
