I agree with Dirk. Most of your content is copied from elsewhere. Also, your links do not look right and mainly from commenting on other articles. You have plenty of links, so it would be quite challenging to clean them up.
But if you want to be considered for re-indexation, you need to rethink the way you do SEO. Clean up your links, use disavow tool for links that you can't remove yourself. Also, your content needs to be original. When you feel like you've done everything you could, file Google reconsideration.

There could also be numerous copyright infringement complaints made against your site. If that happens your site could be dropped from the SERPs completely. I have submitted hundreds of copyright complaints against sites that use my content in violation of my conditions of use and copyright law. These complaints go to Google who often drops that site from the search results, to Adsense who often turns off their ads, and to hosting companies who often drop the site or pages of the site from their servers.

I don't want to be rude - but why would you think your site is worth to be taken back in the index.
Most of your backlinks can be classified as "forum spam links" - it's nice as long as it works, but only having these type of links is waiting for spam penalties to happen.
I checked some of the content on your homepage - none of these articles seem to be original pieces of content. They seem to be copied from different sites across the web. Examples:
http://www.financialprospect.com/world/zika-virus-dangerous-than-imagination-us-25970.html - identical article here: http://www.livemags.com/2016/04/12/zika-virus-scarier-than-thought-says-us/
http://www.financialprospect.com/india-news/pm-modi-hosts-prince-william-and-kate-for-lunch-25774.html - identical article here: http://www.ndtv.com/india-news/pm-modi-hosts-prince-william-and-kate-for-lunch-1394631
So - no original content - bad link profile = added value for searchers & to be in the Google index?
Dirk

Spam sites with low spam score?
Hello! I have a fair few links on some of the old SEO 'Directory' sites. I've got rid of all the obviously spammy ones - however there are a few that remain which have very low spam scores, and decent page authority, yet they are clearly just SEO directories - I can't believe they service any other purpose. Should we now just be getting rid of all links like this, or is it worth keeping if the domain authority is decent and spam score low? Thanks Sam

We lost 60-70% of our organic traffic but no penalty - what happened?
Hi Mozzers! Need some help/advice I’m running a sports betting site – superbetting.com and around 16-19th may our organic traffic suddenly dropped with 60-70% or so and ever since we’ve been struggling trying to find the cause and not least, been trying to do something about. A few observations / thoughts; It seems we’ve suddenly have quite a few inbound links from Russia without promoting our content / site towards Russian users. Neither do we have any Russian content. Should we disavow those links and/or try to contact the sites to get our link removed? Looking in ahrefs, I can see that anchors also suddenly are dominated by Russian. Maybe obvious given the above but still strange … We have struggled with spammers trying to deploy link in our forum and have just recently removed them ( or at least we think we have) but could those bad links been hurting us over time? Google ran an algo update in may regarding “quality signals” and I full aware that our site may not be top-notch but I can’t belief that should have hit us that hard since I (and I may be biased :)) would say that there are far lousier sites ranking better than us now than before. Any feedback would be appreciated Thanks! Mike

4 websites - meta titles and descriptions
I manage four separate websites/brands that all focus on the same topics and have the same achitecture. I am trying to improve each site's meta title and description, page by page, that I inherited from another before me. My question is, how different should each title/description be from one another for the same page type? Do the search engines consider this heavily in their decision process of who to show on SERPs? Am i able to simply swap out the brand name in the metas and call it done or should each meta be unique? if unique, how unique? As you can imagine, since each page is essentially the same with the same overall content and layout targeting the same keywords, it is very difficult to rewrite metas four unique ways. I greatly appreciate any advice on how you would approach this project.

Why Link Spamming Website Coming on First Page Google?
As we all already know about link spamming. As per Google Guidelines Link building, Exact Keywords Anchor Link Building is dead now but i am looking most of the website coming on first page in Google doing same exact keywords linking. I think directory, article, social bookmarking, press release and other link building activity is also dead now. Matt always saying content is more important but if we will not put any keywords link in content part then how website rank in first page in Google. Can anybody explain why is website coming on first page because when i am doing same activity for quality links with higher domain authority website then we are affected in Google update.

Can a domain name alone be considered SPAM?
If someone has a domain that is spammy, such as "http://seattlesbestinsurancerates.com" can this cause Google to not index the website? This is not our domain, but a customer of ours has a similar one and it appears to be causing issues! Any thoughts? Thanks for any input!

Is it outside of Google's search quality guidelines to use rel=author on the homepage?
I have recently seen a few competitors using rel=author to markup their homepage. I don't want to follow suit if it is outside of Google's search quality guidelines. But I've seen very little on this topic, so any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

Best Website Security Service
Having been hacked twice and, it seems, still suffering from problems as a result (file changes and alterations, etc) I'm wondering if there is a good paid service that provides security for websites? I'm an online travel agent so our websites "up-time" and search engine position is vital but I'm spending more time trying sort out our websites' security than selling travel. It would be sensible to pay for a service that would ensure, as much as possible, that our site is secure and any optimisation we do is not cancelled out by hacking and security problems. If anyone could recommend a good company I would be very grateful. Colin
