Search console Search Analytics devices not showing mobile and tablet data since July 29th, have anyone noticed that too?

If you filter for devices in the search analytics at search console you get that from July 29th all the data is tagged as desktop and mobile and tablet have no data from that date.

I see that for all my websites I have search console for, any input on that?

ok found the answer by myself, Google say:

"All traffic in Search Analytics was erroneously labeled as "Desktop" traffic in the "Devices" grouping category. This mislabeling was corrected on Aug 1."

How to change domains in Google Analytics without losing the data

Hi there, We recently changed our domain from .COM to .NET so that all our subdomains from external pages matched. Right now in Google Console we have our new .NET website being tracked, but in GA we are still tracking .COM. It is also causing issues with MOZ crawling our site because of the .COM/.NET discrepancy. My question is what is the best way to change our Google Analytics from .COM to .NET without losing historical data and what considerations do we need to change before implementing this? Our team was concerned that just downloading the old data would be too vast and it we wouldn't be able to continue manipulating it dynamically in GA. Thanks!!

Does Universal Analytics auto generate events?

Hi Mozzers, I have been noticing for one of my clients that there are thousands of events generating which I never added a code snippet for ga('send', 'event', 'button', 'click', 'nav buttons', 4);. The code I am seeing instead is following the syntax **PDF FILE NAME.**I don't even use Tag Manager. So are these auto generated? Label names of files aren't great though so I still believe that adding that piece of snippet _ga('send', 'event', 'button', 'click', 'nav buttons', 4);_can still bring some added value. Do you think it still does? Thanks!

Analytics conversion tracking?

Hi One of our clients has a hotel chain currently which currently uses an online booking system which is from a third party. We are keen to set up conversion tracking to track the number of bookings made however are we able to do this if the URL destination is not on the clients website? Or will it be a case of just tracking the number of people who click the link to go to the third party payment site? Kind Regards

Universal Analytics Ecommerce Tracking in Magento

We have a problem similar to this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22229312/universal-analytics-could-not-track-transaction-in-magento On a client's website. I need an absolute knock-out EXPERT at solving this to give us a quote on doing something like this. It's very urgent but it is paid. Basically the site used the old tracking code, worked, then client said they wanted new data so we upgraded to Universal. Now everything works but Ecommerce tracking. Desperately need help! Having Issue with Site Search in Analytics

Hi Mozzers, We launched a website in October 2012 and have added in the settings(Google analytics) of that profile "Do Track Site Search" since we have a search box on the website. The site search report worked for 10 days and it was over(from end of december till beginning of January 2013). Since then I have been trying to understand this issue. I have added all the query search terms possible, but still not showing any signs of life. At this point I am not sure what to do? Some Help would be appreciated! Cant find eCommerce in Google Analytics

Ciao from Wetherby UK, Ok ive done this a zilion times but since Google analytics upgraded I cant find how to upgarde the tracking code to ecoomerce tracking. Before i would just tick a box and Boomshanka the code would change. Whats got me worried the tracking codes has not modified to ecoomerce is because it looks like this: Heres the tracking dashboard with no sign of ecomm tracking customisations:

Viewing image search data in Analytics?

How do you view image search data in Google analytics? Do you need to apply tracking or can you drill down into the default data? Thanks.
