Moz having a few issues with their site?

I've seemed to have a load of issues as of late. Just small graphical things but still enough to make me concerned.

These have all been sent via support, just wondered if it was just me having issues?

Honestly i've been a bit inactive at the minute, however from what I can see the mozpoints is working fine. I do only see the staff badge when i'm logged in.

UPDATE: We are able to see the staff badge when logged into your account on certain pages. Hopefully, will help fix this bug! We are not seeing any of the other issues you mentioned, though... are you still experiencing those or have they resolved? And, just to be clear, we can only see the staff badge when we log into your account. You can't see it when logged out, correct?

Thanks for the update, Kristen! And guess what? I just checked again, and can reproduce this issue when logged in as you. (I couldn't the other day.) The same goes for seeing the staff badge when logged in as Thomas. So, thanks for your understanding. We should be able to make some progress now.

We have been unable to reproduce these bugs on our end. Have you noticed any pattern to when/where you see them? And do you recall when the last time you experienced them was? Any additional information you are able to provide would be very helpful.

PS - I totally agree with you that the UX when logged out could be better -- same goes for the UX when logged in. We are working on it, I assure you, and appreciate both your feedback and your patience.

Do you mean that the staff badge was showing on some pages and not on others? Is there any kind of pattern you are seeing as to when the badge appears and when it doesn't? (For instance, does it only appear in a certain browser?) BTW, I'm not currently seeing this issue with your account. Unfortunately, we have not turned up any clues pointing towards what could be causing this, as we cannot reproduce it on our end. (But that also means that the issue appears to have resolved itself.) Any additional details/documentation you can provide is much appreciated!

Unsolved Moz crawler not crawling on my site

Site Crawl Status code 430
Hello, In the site crawl report we have a few pages that are status 430 - but that's not a valid HTTP status code. What does this mean / refer to?

MOZ refusing access to certain sections of the website if using VPN?
I've used PIA and expressvpn before without any problems. Today I got nordvpn and when I try to access my campaigns and link explorer but the connection is being refused while I can access billing and the forum section. I don't have this problem anywhere else atm so I think this might not be a problem from my side but rather from these specific sections. Edit: Any idea what's going on?

Hi there, I've been waiting on my site crawl to complete since Friday (it's Tuesday now), but it still has the 'in progress' notification at the top. Is it normal for it to take over 3 days? Or is there something holding it up?

A problem with the MOZ New response to Question Email
Hi, It seems that the MOZ New response to Question emails are getting my mailbox stuck (using outlook). This does not happen with any other email including your other reports and emails. Maybe its only me but it happens to me on two active questions I have with you (2 different new response emails I got). Thanks
