Hi, Im unable to change my url in moz local, each time it says location needed, but i can't change the location?

I am new to MOZ

I just purchased MOZ local for a client on a brand new location. I had already submitted the NAP to the big four google, yahoo, bing, yelp. I purchased the 99/year basic plan and now I am a bit confused. Will MOZ submit to the local directories in the network or out of the network that does not have a listing in place (Business New Address) so no listings exist besides the ones I mentioned. Also, it says it will send it to all four aggregators, is this true and how can I verify? Can someone explain what I should expect? YIKES, I hope this is not a dumb question for those MOZer gurus :). If it doesn't what did I just buy? A way to monitor Google? Please assist. I need to get NAP data out there for local directories for a customer. Should I have done this a different way? Updating Local Listings that Moz Local Won't Update completely?

I use Moz local and have for over a year, so my profiles should all be spot on by now. How can you update some inconsistent info that Moz does't provide or is not updating. I have tried to go in and claim some of the listings that the information isn't filled in properly or the ones that don't have the categories filled out that I know Moz Local won't do, but it is saying it is managed by Moz and won't let me claim it. What can I do.

I didn't see this previously posted so regrets if it's been asked. I have a local client that runs a bar/restaurant open until 1 a.m. In setting up hours in the Moz Local tool, the day ends at midnight. What's the best way, using the tool, to display "4 p.m. - 1 a.m"?

Closing Old Locations with Moz Local

I'm sure the answer is pretty simple, but how are we supposed to report an old location as closed in Moz Local? I'd like to mark an old address as closed in all of the major data providers. Of course, I can claim the new location, but I do I need to claim the old location and then somehow mark it closed? When I do a search with Moz, it gives me five results for a doctor who has a single location now (I'm not posting the actual name because I just don't want this forum to appear for searches for the doctor): <address>Dr. Doctor Name, DMD Verified

Moz Local Listing Score

Hi there, I purchased MozLocal for my firm on February 27th, about 7 and a half weeks ago to the day. While I've been waiting for the results to populate and the program to do it's work, I've been manually updating all the other listings with photos and categories based off the "missing info" Moz Local provides. Throughout the last almost 8 weeks, my listing score has increased a total of 1%. At this point, should I expect to see any further results from this tool? I'm still seeing "Update in progress", yet it seems enough time has passed for at least something to happen. After two months of waiting, I'm wondering if I would have been better off updating these listings myself. Does anyone have any idea when/if I should be seeing any results?

Local Moz - documentation for Acxiom

Hello there, Moz Local shows that I am not listed with Acxiom, so I went directly to the Acxiom website to add my business listing. During that process, Acxiom asks for business documentation to be uploaded (DBA, license, Federal ID, etc.). If I were using Local Moz to send the data out to the data aggregators, how does it handle this portion (uploading business license, etc. as required)? I'm hoping to use Moz Local for my website clients but need to understand this bit first. Thanks for your help!

Is Moz local available for South Africa?

I joined Moz local and was charged for the product and service, but it seems as though the service is not available for South African locations.Can I be refunded as I have also been charged for Moz Pro?
