New verison / update on MozBar. What are the changes from the changes (new additions) from the previous version?

MozBar has a new Version update: 3.1.189 in Google Chrome Web Store (updated on Jan 20, 2016).
Has anyone observed any big changes / additions? Or, is it just a routine version update?

We rebuilt the MozBar to be more stable within this version and also added a new feature - On-Page Content Suggestions. This shows ideas for what else you might like to talk about or include on the page you're analysing. I'm checking keyword difficulty for two different sites. Would love to view the results by site instead of just one large list. Is that possible? Or would it just be easier to keep the lists separate in Excel and just import when I want an updated report?
I have keyword lists for two sites. Is there a way to label them in the keyword difficulty tool (List A, List B) so I can just view results for a particular site? Or do I need to run the report with List A, export results, delete those keywords, then run the report for List B?

Domain.com isn't recognized by on-page-grader, but domain.com/index.php is
I am running a website through On-page-grader, as www.domain.com and scores an "F" for a specific keyword. When it's ran as www.domain.com/index.php, it scores an "A" for that same keyword and has everything checked other than "keyword in the domain name". There are no other files such as index.htm, or index.html that would interfere and can't figure out why this page is not being recognized. I checked, the robots and .htaccess file, but do not see anything that would hinder. Could this be a server issue?

Moz analytics not updating
Okay so I was invited to moz analytics. When I received the email I was stoked to get to use the new beta software. My campaigns transferred over ,but when I began to look at the data, it said updating check back in 24 hours or something along those lines. I thought okay that is fine, but to my suprise it has been around four days since then and it still says it is updating. It also shows weekly stats of visits but the number there is definitely wrong. It said I only had around 2,100 but I get more than that daily. Anyone in support that can help? I'm confused on what I can do to fix this issue. I understand it is just a beta ,but other people, from what I have seen, haven't had a similar issue. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it!

Hi, I am new to Moz. I using the open site explorer to find backlinks for a website's blog. The website itself is huge. I want to find all the backlinks to all the posts/pages within the blog subdirectory only. Not the regular website. No Mozscape Index Update This Month?
In OpenSiteExplorer.org, it says: "Last Mozscape index update: July 11, 2013. Next Mozscape index update: August 26, 2013" There was supposed to be an update yesterday (Aug. 8).
