Change in OSE?
-
Hi
My site http://sassandgrace.co.uk has a 301 direct from the www. version as recommended and, up until last week, OSE showed no results for the www version with a message of some kind saying about the re-direct.
This week the message has disappeared and I have half my links (still v small) on www version and half on the non version.
Has something changed? Should I be worried? And what, if anything, should I do?
Thanks

Hi Sam,
First of all, congrats on the lovely site
DON'T PANIC!
OSE does not represent live results as it is linked to the Mozscape Index, which updates about once a month (There was on update on Jan 26th and the next one is due around Feb 28th).
Discussed here: https://moz.com/help/guides/research-tools/open-site-explorer/updates
For latest and pending update information, go here:Â https://moz.com/products/api/updates
If you want to do a quick check to see whether your site is showing for both www and non-www variants, do a search for:
**site:sassandgrace.co.uk **(with no spaces)
and you'll see what Google has indexed.
Interestingly, there is one reference within Google's results  for the www. version:
**www.sassandgrace.co.uk/blog-detail.html **which is a remnant from development as it contains lorem ipsum text.
If the redirects have been created manually it's easy to see why this would be overlooked.
Best practice would be to create a global redirect rule from the www to non-www. version of your site.
Read this for some solid best practices when dealing with redirects:Â https://moz.com/learn/seo/redirection
You can also indicate that non-www. version is your preferred version of the site in Google Search Console.
That stray page aside, I'd have no concerns. Check back in OSE after the next update and see if everything hasn't settled down.
Good Luck!

Why isn't OSE showing any of my links?
My domain uses a redirect of all traffic to https. The site is https://www.tallslimtees.com. I've been working on it this year and know there are several good, topical links coming in. But OSE shows nothing. Any idea why this would be the case? How can I see all of my links and the data on them?

Moz cannot crawl domain. Also OSE does not work properly on this specific domain?
Hi all, Moz cannot crawl the domein http://www.hoesjescases.nl.Â

When I open the crawl report I only see one line: <colgroup><col width="229"><col width="287"><col width="420"><col width="370"><col width="141"></colgroup>
| URL | Time Crawled | Title Tag | Meta Description | HTTP Status Code |
| http://www.hoesjescases.nl | 2015-10-05T12:20:48Z | 404 : Received 404 (Not Found) error response for page. | Error attempting to request page; see title for details. | 404 | Also when running OSE on this domain, Moz only can find 4 root domains while Majestic can find 91 domains. Google seems not to have any problems. What can be the problem for MOZ? Greetings!0 -

OSE Advanced Reports - behaving inconsistently
Yesterday, there was an error message on the Advanced Reports tab in OSE: "Oops! It looks like our system is temporarily down. Please check back soon." That cleared up after a couple of hours. Â After that, I ran an Advanced Report that I run on occasion, and it only returned 3500 links, whereas it normally returns around 23K. Â Since then, I've run the same report 9 times in total over the course of about 1 day, and each time the number of links keeps increasing. Â 3500, 10150, 21550, 25400, 28650, 35450, 37400, 38200, 50375. I'm wondering what is happening? Â I want to do some evaluating of my backlinks, however I'd prefer to work on a "complete" list of links and the number of links keeps going up, when generating reports using the same criteria. Â When can I expect Advanced Reports to be "stable" where it's producing roughly the same number of links? Also, I opened up a support ticket on this with Moz.com over 24 hours ago, and haven't received any response. Â I've updated the ticket 2 times now, but no response. Â Disappointing they are not responding to support tickets. Thanks.

Unable to download OSE advanced report
I started downloading an OSE advanced report yesterday. It has been over 20 hours and the message below is shown on my report list page. Processing Getting data from the LSAPI. 27,450 out of 100k results found It takes a very long time than usual so I would like to know if there is currently any technical issue on Moz part, or that I should change any setting and try downloading it from the start. Thank you very much.
